We came during the early hours of Tuesday, but it was not crowded at all if you want that. The piano music they played was nice. And the Steak and “Frites” was great. They pack alot of fries in theres though so if your watching your sodium, then drink some water or exercise afterwards. The medium rare steak was excellent. The coffee was too.
Belgian beer ? + Belgian Waffles = ?This is one of the few restaurants in Carlisle that serves chef-inspired food and does it well. Moules Frites is a great dish that's best washed down with a nice pilsner. Only place in Carlisle you can get this dish.Their steak and salmon dishes are also great. Never disappoints! Food, service, BEERS! So many Belgian beers over 100, with 10 on tap. As for the food our group had was mussels, pork ribeye, steak, carbonade flamade (stew) and a hamburger. Not to mention sides of frites, and mashed sweet-potatoes. All outstanding!
