Had a nice Dinner visiting area. Having scored my vintage car parts at Carlisle Swap Meet, treated wife to Steak and Crab Cakes. Carlisle has alot of Dining options.

First time to HOSS. an unexpected surprise. Very nice salad bar and the hamburger was cooked perfectly

Waited approximately 10 minutes for someone to recognize we were there. After waiting for someone to seat us we decided to leave. If this was an indication of the type of service we were to receive it wasn't worth staying. My time is valuable to me even if it isn't to the workers at this restaurant.

Needed a quick in-and-out sit down that awasn't chain fast food on a recent road trip and Hoss' definetly fit the bill. Nice job.

Haven't been to a hoss's in a long time since all my local ones closed. So wasn't sure what to expect. Wow. The variety of foods at the salad bar was amazing. To much to mention. Both hot and cold and deserts. Good prices also.
