Plenty of indoor and out door seating. Good variety of ice cream and cones. It is cash only so make sure you come prepared. Service was friendly and fast even with a steady stream of customers right before closing. The outdoor seating is quite nice and relaxing.

I've been here multiple times, and they never disappoint. Delicious ice cream, moist brownies, great service. Being that its advertised as homemade, I wish/hope they could develop a 'cleaner' version of flavors w/o colors, chemicals, or additives.

We are huge fans of Leo’s! They have interesting flavors and incredible homemade hot fudge. The style is similar to Penn State Berkey Creamery which is where I believe they learned to make ice cream.

Tables and chairs inside and out with easy parking too. Staff is the sweetest and very generous with their homemade ice cream samples.

I was doing Amazon delivery and couldn’t help myself. The hot fudge brownie sundae has ACTUALLY hot fudge, actually hot brownie. With Peanut butter on top, it was perfection. Good portion. No pic cus it’s long gone!! XD
