Our favorite ice cream shop in Carlisle. Great flavors and a nice outdoor seating area when the weather is nice.
Very clean environment & quick & friendly service. Great tasting ice cream.
Wonderful ice cream with all the regulars, plus some interesting trial flavor like cornbread, and cardamom walnut and fig (surprisingly good imo!)
Quick service
Great ice cream and reasonable price
Great ice cream great service
Good ice-cream- cash only
I walked in with the dog I am training to be my service animal immediately told me no dogs allowed there's only two questions they're legally allowed to ask is it a service animal and what task is it train to perform they are not pet friendly and they violated my rights the only reasons they are allowed to ask you to leave is if your dog is not potty trained or if it's causing a disturbance which my dog did neither
This ice cream was so good. Reminds me of my attempts at homemade ice cream, in a good way. I would make it with Greek yogurt. I don't know if that's what they do here. But it gives it a certain richness and consistency I like. I also respect that the place is cash only.
Great hard ice cream! Lots of flavors to choose from. Cash only!

Ice cream was good. Staff not too friendly after telling me they don’t take credit cards. Girl behind the counter had an attitude problem. What legit business DOESN’T accept credit cards???
One of our favorite ice cream spots in town. Great selection, friendly staff.
The ice cream is excellent! Customer service is great! Our first time at Leo's! Cute and cozy outside patio! What a delight! We will be back!
They make the best homemade ice cream! I love all their flavors.
Excellent home made ice cream, lots of flavors, including some you'd never imagine, and great service.
