The arroz con gandules, pernil and guineo en escabeche was delicious( en su punto). I would travel to Harrisburg to get my fix of Puerto Rican food, but now I have an option that is not only closer, it is better.
I went to Puerto Rico years ago on vacation, and still remember how much I enjoyed the food. This was my first visit to Lizardi's and will not be my last. I ordered the Fried Pork Mofongo. My brother ordered a Tripleta Sandwich and a Chicken Mofongo. Everything was made fresh and tasted delicious! I felt like I was back in Puerto Rico!
The food was great and the service was good. They really aim to please! Krystal took great care of us. I didnt get the other girl's name but she was working hard to make everything great!
