Drive thru at 10:20pm on Friday March 28th would not take an order. They said they were fixing their inside screen? 10 minutes waiting and cars leaving….service has zero meaning. Avoid at all costs

Stopped in for a quick meal. The kiosk didn't give a receipt. The young girl at the counter was so very and printed us a receipt. She then continued cleaning around her station and the lobby. After we got our meal, we sat down and could hear two employees talking or I should bitching about other staff members, the restaurant, their jobs. Lauren, the manager, was asked by the cashier to help with the kiosk in which she completely ignored her. Another employee asked her for help the cashier she then snapped at them she was busy. She could of said be right there. I feel bad for the employees trying to do their job with such a arrogant manager. Surely we won't be returning to this location.

It was a nice treat for my son after visiting his new school. Used the kiosk to order and pay. forgot to use my McDs app sign in tho. 🤦🏽♀️🤷♀️ Had a great lunch with my boy

Was just in and picked up the big breakfast with hotcakes for my son. He's autistic and it was a bit of a reward. I get home and take it out of the bag, it's basically a biscuit, hashbrown and orange juice. No pancakes 😕. $9.20. People just do not care. Probably an omen for going into the new year.

My wife ordered a crispy chicken it was so bad it had Geisel all thru it and the bun was burnt took back and told them manager couldn’t even talk to me told girl that is what there like and couldn’t give us another one that they were to busy I never experienced anything like this unbelievable no customer service very rude never will I eat there agin !!!
