I usually never write reviews, but McDonald’s really did that. The fries were hot and perfect, the burger was good, and my order was right. Fast food that actually shows up right. Simple, tasty, and worth it. I’m coming back.

Ordered a black iced coffee and lemonade at the drive thru. They went to hand me a “coffee” that looked like milk and I said that’s just supposed to be black. The old lady at the window was extremely rude and was annoyed and tried to get me to pull forward and I objected and said “what do you mean? Just pour me a new coffee?” To which she responded something about standard procedure to have me pull forward. Come on McDonald’s, I know that you’re not brewing me a fresh iced coffee, so just pull the pitcher out and pour me a new one. She was obviously just annoyed and attempting to exercise what little power she had over me in an attempt to make me as miserable as she was. I guess this all could have been avoided if you just don’t mess up my order in the first place.

Spent $10 dollars on an mc chicken, large frie, and a large sweet tea. Waited 20 mins to get it and there was only 3 cars in line and none at the parking lot. And the food sucked. The tea wasn't sweet, and the fries were stale, at least the sandwich was good. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN!

First experience here I found a blue Piece a plastic in my iced coffee. Second time here they gave me all cream no coffee and then I had to pull up and wait for a half hour for them to bring me another coffee. I will never come back here.

Doesn't know how to clean mop or mop bucket. Felt like I was ice skating in the restroom. Food took 15 mins and wasn't all there missing happy meal and fries.

If I could, I'd give zero stars. The restrooms were destroyed and stunk so bad.. our burgers were just thrown together on the tray. Not to mention that not only myself, but my mom and 11 y/o sister got undercooked fries and burgers. We've been dealing with food poisoning the last three days. The only thing these people got right was the underwater themed play-place..
The nuggets were over cooked & dry (tastes like they were heated up again in the oil). No sauce was in the bag. Every time I ordered here they don't get it correct. I keep calling corporate and then a manager calls me back assuring me that things will be corrected. I'm done with McDonald's they never get my order right & things don't get fixed.

We stopped at the McDonald’s on Walnut Bottom Rd in Carlisle, PA and were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was quick. What really stood out was the children’s play area—it was clean, well-maintained, and a great spot for the kids to burn off some energy. It made our stop much more enjoyable. Great job to the team here for creating a welcoming and family-friendly environment. We’ll definitely stop by again!
