The atmosphere was relatively relaxed but not too loud at 4pm on a Saturday, but this place can fill up due to the quality of the food and service.Service and food prep were extremely prompt, it was shocking in the best way. The fried fish wasn't greasy but still flavourful, and the meatloaf had a slight crust yet still rich and moist inside.This place has loads of parking available, more than you would initially think as there is an expanded stone lot behind the restaurant beyond the paved initial parking ring. There is significant outdoor seating available (weather permitting) in the front and back of the restaurant.

First time visiting this restaurant and loved it. The waiter was amazing, she was knowledgeable of the menu and made recommendations. We had these mozzarela planks that are to die for, BBQ Chicken Wings - sweet and tangy as the same time with the right amount of crisp, and Salmon -- hands down the BEST Salmon I've had in a long time. Will definitively return and try other items.

My friend and I were on a work trip in the area. We didn't know where to go. I came here for the parrot salad! Our server was so kind and took good care of my allergies. She got us in and out, perfect for our meeting. We didn't try the desserts, but I think that's what they are known for. They were mouthwatering to look at.Dietary restrictions: I got the parrot salad with salmon. Dairy and gluten allergy, and I felt good after which means they did a good job !

Was there today just before the Friday evening rush. Place was very busy. Waitstaff was really busting it! Everyone was very friendly and extremely attentive. Food was very good! I had the fish special. I'd get it again for sure! Nice portions and priced quite surprisingly low for what you receive. I'm in Carlisle frequently to visit my son. Have driven past this place many times and always wanted to stop. Tonight they got a return customer! I'll definitely be back!
We stopped in for a meal before a basketball game at Dickinson and were VERY happy with our decision. The full parking lot was a good indicator that Momma Spriggs is a local favorite. We were seated quickly, had great service and loved our entrees. (My eggplant parmesean was DELICIOUS). Will return next time in the area.

Short wait for a seat, but it was busy, so not a problem. The server and other staff were friendly and provided quick service. Atmosphere was a little loud, but it was busy. The space between tables is a bit tight so navigating thru the restaurant can be precarious if you're not careful. Food was excellent! Hot, tasty, homemade. Got fish and chips and fish tacos appetizer. Highly recommend the fish tacos appetizer! Reasonable prices. Will definitely return.Parking: Parking can get filled up quickly. There's a stone lot in the back for additional spaces.
