The ambience at One13 is immaculate. The restaurant is incredibly well-designed and comfortable. The menu is delicious and service is always friendly. This is my go-to for a fancy night out in Carlisle.
This is a charming little place in Carlisle Pennsylvania. The food isn't exotic, but it's very well prepared inconsistently excellent. Even in busy times, the staff are attentive. The wine selection isn't bad and there is a good selection of interesting cocktails. One caveat - we have only been there for lunch, not for dinner.

We ate outside as we brought our dogs, and it is such a cute outdoor patio area.
All the food was incredible. We had beef birria tacos as a small plate, chicken florentine, shrimp gnocchi, and pumpkin cheesecake. All were 5/5! Absolutely delicious!
They were also very accommodating to our dogs, which is always appreciated!
