The lack of staff here makes the wait frustrating. The few workers here this morning were very friendly, but making a stop on the way to work takes a lot longer than I have. There was only one terminal working. The other was shut down, I overheard an employee trying to help. The self service terminals work, but the tap feature to use Apple Pay was disabled. Ugh!
Quick service and they always strive to get your order correct. On the very rare occurance that they do get the order incorrect, they are quick to make it right.Coffee is usually hot. If not, they will make a new pot for you.
What a Panera day for us! Lots of road travel it’s becoming our go to road trip stop- solid food, clean environment pleasant people - win win win! The mango lemonade was a great pick me up!
