I visit your restaurant once a month (truck driver) I’m kind of a big eater and it just seems like each time I go in they don’t understand the menu. I thought I looked on your website and there’s a choice of six wings combo and I went to order it and I was told they don’t have that combination so I ended up buying a four piece combo in a two piece combo but it seems like every time I go in. I have a difficult time getting exactly what I want and price doesn’t matter to me, I have to say that overall everybody’s very friendly there. It just seems like the people that are put at the register. Just not very good and take orders.

Awesome visit. Chicken was hot and fresh. Manager (Latino Gentleman) was great. On point. Fast, Courteous Service all the way around.

Initially food very good, orders in drive through correct and not greasy. I would say since then, 80% of the time the order is incorrect, always missing something. I don’t generally have time to check it and dont want to hold up the line, hoping for a better outcome. Today will be my last day. Missing fries with combo order, and likely oil not changed recently as sandwich oily. Hoped for better.

Love this Popeyes, never have issues here, always good food and lunch service. My only issue was my meal yesterday. Fish sandwich and 6 wings, left me in the bathroom for majority of the rest of my night, and I will say that it did not taste near as good the second time..

They have a problem with their online ordering, as I arrived 15 minutes after ordering and they hadn't even started the order yet so I had to pull over from the drive-thru and wait another 5 minutes for them to bring it to my car (not like they were busy or anything).Employees seem nice here but clothing very dirty, I'm sure they work
The food is great! Spicy chicken if you like it spicy. Ghost pepper wings! Red beans and rice! ! It's clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We go regularly and will continue. It's a fast food place but the ambiance is better than most.

i received great service from three young gentlemen, but there was this one cross eyed manager that was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, he was consistently on his phone and kept a nasty demeanor throughout my entire experience there. later, when i attempted to get my mobile order, he claimed he did not have it, so i parked and called to not delay the cars behind me, and when confronted with the issue again, he became very hostile and eventually hung up on me and would not answer the phone when i called back. also, he said, “what do you want me to do to you!?” which made very frightened.

Employees were yelling at each other when I walked in. Took over 40 minutes from time order was placed to receive food (normal sized order). They tried to give me someone else's order after I had told them my name and order number multiple times. They forgot the drink and got it after I reminded them. Got out to the car and saw they also forgot the fries. Went back in and they gave me a hard time before giving me a bag with a much smaller than normal amount of fries in it.
