Very unprofessional and immoral practices. They have a food truck and are known to overbook and then close to the event cancel (if you contact them) or no show (if you don't reach out). They decide who will have the best turnout and then choose that event. I understand that will potentially make you more money but if you make a commitment, then follow through. Simply put they are shady.

I ended up getting my money back from this food truck because the food was that bad. Ordered a steak pretzel that was supposed to have BBQ sauce in it and did not barley any cheese. The cheese with the pretzel was supposed to be beer cheese and it was just plain nacho cheese. The fries were limp and soggy and not crispy at all. I read lots of reviews and they are mostly good so not sure if they were having a bad day.

We had tater tots and pretzels for my daughters wedding for a late night snack and it was a big hit lots of positive comments from are guests Danyon was awesome to work with and food was delicious thanks again for a great night

I was lucked out that their food truck happened to be at my work one afternoon and had their Cheesesteak Stuffed Pretzel. By the time I got my card out of the reader, my order was already ready!It was cooked to perfection, with the right amount of crunch, and an amazing flavor. I finished my first one and quickly went back for a second, and I could’ve done a third too. Definitely worth a stop!

Went to the food truck in Hummelstown today..it was horrible...first the truck arrived late so of course took forever to get open..only had three choices for the sandwiches...told it would be twenty minutes before ready but had regular pretzels ...we switched to different food truck luckily cause lady behind us was still waiting half hour later for hers...we did buy two cinnamon sugar pretzels which supposedly were ready but were not...they were over cooked and dry..would not recommend this food truck

Just what I needed! I'd just driven nearly 2 hours non-stop to a medical specialist appointment outside Harrisburg. Pretzel Spot Cafe was right nearby, so I decided to stop by for a mid-afternoon snack to get my energy back. The pretzel hit the spot and the mango smoothie was perfect on such a hot day! I saved half of each and was able to finish them before the 2 hours return trip home. Total serendipity and improved a hot day with a lot of road time!

My girlfriend and I tried the Pretzel Spot Cafe food truck at the palmyra craft fair. The wait was long for 1 ham and cheese pretzel. They said 7-8 minutes but it was over 10-12 minutes. The pretzel was not very good. It tasted bland and was small. The service was not good either - not very friendly. I would not recommend - there are better food trucks out there.

This truck was awesome, used them for an event at work. Our employees loved it.. Food was fantastic, fresh and the owners/staff were all around great people to work with. Would recommend anytime.
I would consider myself a soft pretzel connoisseur, I order them every where. The Pretzel Spot is hands down the BEST soft pretzel I have ever had. I don’t know what their secret is, but they are warm and buttery with something extra! Sooooo sooooo good!!

We hired the food truck to show up at our wedding for snacks after diner and we were not disappointed. All of our guests thought the pretzels were spectacular and the options and combinations of pretzel logs was on a whole other level. Daneyon was super easy to contact and was awesome in person. We recommend Pretzel Spot Cafe for every wedding! I am so glad they were part of our day!

Pretzel Spot Cafe took part in our school’s trunk or treat and they did a wonderful job! The food was delicious and they kept the lines moving. They arrived right on time and were a huge attraction of the evening.

Ordered chicken bacon ranch recieved steak'cheese that was barely warm and horrible tasting , ordered waffle cheese fries recieved plain fries had to walk back to get cheese I already paid for , was at manitowac crane so was too late to go back and get the pretzel that I paid to get because I was almost out of there before I took 1 bite of it . So no wasn't thrilled about the whole experience only thing was good was pretzel crust itself and waffle fries
