Stopped by for some sweet heat wings at Foundry Day in boiling springs today and let me tell you… Smoke flavor? Delightful. Sweet heat sauce? Right up my alley with a balance of flavorful heat with the right amount of sweetness. 10/10 WILL BE DOWN TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN.

Got food to go. The smell was amazing. Food did not disappoint. They pulled fresh brisket out just in time for our meal. Will go again!

Didn’t get what we thought we were getting but after speaking with Aaron we were extremely satisfied by his professionalism and how he went above and beyond to make things right. That being said we ordered the Burnt Ends. They are one of the best things I have ever eaten in my life. Worth every penny. Don’t hesitate to treat yourself. You will not be disappointed!

From the time we walked in the door to walking out the door everything was freaking amazing!!

Oh man this was the second time we ordered from here, and both times were awesome. The ribs are soo good. We got mac and cheese and beans as sides, both super delicious. The pulled pork cheese fries were also really really good. Definitely will be going back. Wish I took photos but we were so hungry and it was so good.

Love this place! I stop here every time I'm in Carlisle! You have to get the brisket burnt ends! Owner is super nice and helpful. You can tell he loves what he does.
