Always love it here! From my 1st time here in 2020 - dec of 2025, it's truly 1 of the best diners here in Pennsylvania. Highly recommend here.

Let's just say if you can go somewhere go. First off the kitchen crew do not wear hair nets, aprons and only saw one person wear gloves. The food was just ok fake mashed potatoes, said rolls and butter but never for them. There were like 12 or more waitress and it wasn't that busy. Like three people tried spray mopping where we were eating and had to ask them to please wait. They also use a regular cleaner for the tables not a food grade safe spray. I don't think they are familiar with when to clean and what to clean with. Maybe the food department needs to make a visit. The waitress we had was super nice and friendly that's why I didn't give a 1 star was because of the service otherwise it would be a 1 star. The food is basic and it's a hit or miss if it's cold or hot. Also you feel rushed. The one waitress for another table was literally standing behind her table across from us just waiting for her table to be done. Weird. Idk if anyone knows food safety and if they follow it for food temperatures I just pray they do. As far as the chemicals they need to be careful about that as some may be sensitive and if it's not food safe it's not suppose to be used.

Good portion sizes and great hamburgers, vegetarian patty options also available. They customized my Philly Cheesesteak take to a chicken, shown in attached image. It comes with marinara sauce on the side along with chips and Cole slaw. There is an up-charge for fries which I would highly recommend. One of the best fries I have had. Best part is that they are open 24 hours. So team Walnut Bottom Family Diner please keep up your awesome work.

Great service and great food. The cakes are to die for. Always fresh and delicious. The baklava cheese cake was out of this world. It was my first time having it and I'm hooked! We came here this particular time after a Halloween party; tipsy and hungry. The waitress thst served us even guessed my costume correctly lol. I'll always go back to WBD! Satisfied every time!

Great food, prompt service, friendly staff. Great spot to stop for dinner after a long day of driving. April, our waitress, was amazing. All the staff were warm and welcoming. Huge menu selection and very reasonable prices. Will come back when in the area again.

Very disappointed. Ordered marinated chicken, it was burnt and could not cut through it and gsve me wrong vegetables. Next time I go I will get soup and nothing else.

The food portion to cost ratio was uneven in favor of portions. A lot of food that we almost always have to get boxes for and reasonable pricing. Great finger food appetizers for after bar nights and amazing breakfast items
