First I ordered thru their website. I arrived 30 mins later and explained I was there to pick up an order. The guy working was rude and was like I don’t have an order for your name and walked away. I went and got my phone to show confirmation and a lady came out and explained they have been having issues with chow now with orders. No apologies nothing asked what my order was and said it would be 20 mins. It was ready 20 mins later and she apologized finally but offered no compensation or discount for the inconvenience. Meanwhile the rude worker was being loud and obnoxious explaining he now had time to smoke. I get home and the old bay hot that was advertised as dry were not. The wings were over cooked and disgusting. I ate 3 of the honey old bay and thru the rest along with the hot old bay away. For such an expensive place it was terrible. This was my first and LAST experience at Big Shot Bobs

Always good food at big shot bobs (my previous review), just picked my order and for the THIRD time I got home and my Italian hogie had no onions, lettuce or Italian dressing, the other time it wasn't toasted! I like their food but their consistency sucks! if you get food here you have to open it up before you leave the place! don't think I'll be going back here again! it's a hit or miss there and percentages are a miss! too bad because when it's made right it's great

I should have read reviews first... ordered through the website, went to pickup and the worker said he didn't see the order so had to wait additional time. Then got home to find french fries inedible, garlic parm wings had nothing on them and were extremely dry. This was not a cheap order. I do NOT recommend and will NOT order from them again.

By far the best boneless wings I've had since moving to Pittsburgh! I ordered the garlic parm (dry rub) wings with tots and super tasty and perfectly crispy! I'll definitely be reordering!!

Don't go to this location anymore. This place used to be good like the rest of the BSB locations but they're selling garbage now. Food has been so gross it's not edible. Chicken tenders are supposed to be used in the sandwich and salads but got some skin on chicken that was so dry I had to literally gnaw on it to break it apart from the sandwich. Literally chewing it apart just to take a bite. So dry and full of burnt ends they must have fried it for half an hour. This place is a dump. Looks like it's closed, all the chairs up on the counters, smells like weed inside, suddenly dude at the register tells me it's cash only. And on top of that he overcharged me - rounding up the cash price from what it should be to the nearest 25 cents. Guess he was too high to figure out coins other than quarters.

Ordered food on DoorDash. Still haven’t received it and it’s been OVER AN HOUR. Called twice to check on it. The second time the person who answered hung up on me. Will never order from this place again. Do not recommend!
Don't order BSB for delivery on Door Dash or Uber Eats. It will take them over 2 hours to deliver your food to you(the store delivers it themselves, doesn't use a door dash/Uber eats driver)

Wings where burnt, over cooked and flavorless, I ordered garlic parmesan, it's just in some type of grease.....and taste lkke plan greasy wings straight to the trash smh, I ordered few years back disliked it, someone said they changed, so I gave them a shot, waste of 35 dollars....

Ordered wings and bacon cheese fries through GrubHub. Food delivery was over half an hour late. The wings we ordered were overdone and weren't the best when compared to other BSB locations that we've ordered from. Lastly, ordered bone-in wings with the All In Dry rub and the wings were insanely spicy. I've always ordered these wings this way and they were never spicy. It was a very expensive and disappointing order of food. The only great thing was the bacon cheese fries. Will never be ordering from this location again.

Never ever order from this location of Big shot Bob's. $40 for food that I never received. Lie after lie after lie about where my food is at. First it left the store with the driver and would be there in a few minutes. Next call says the driver got. Next call says oh the drivers on the way back to get the order that would apparently left the store 45 minutes before. Then doordash app says it was delivered but wasn't and the store closed 15 minutes early. Big shot Bob's chooses when their courier or doordash delivers. They are nasty people to talk to you on. Acting like you're doing them a favor by giving them $40 and then not receiving any food.

Placed an order and was told 20 minutes. Got to the restaurant and they didn’t have the one flavor of wing(could have told me on the phone)so I subbed and had to wait an extra 5 minutes. I also ordered an Italian hoagie which came with meat and cheese only. Looked like a packed school lunch. Multiple workers stumbling about doing a whole lot of nothing…. $50 bucks later and I have 1/3 of the food that I ordered. Great wings, terrible service. I’ll go to the Brookline location next time.
