I stayed away from this Dunkin for over a year because of the reviews, but I have tried it twice in the last week, and my orders have been spot on! The coffee made perfect! Fresh donuts. The service was great. I spilled my coffee in the drive thru and they remade it for me! They were so friendly. I will keep trying it, especially after time and time again, the other Dunkin in Bridgeville can never give you a good cup of coffee. Don't recommend that Dunkin at all!

Worker was miserable and served cold sausage on sandwich. Shoulda took a picture of how wet it made the sandwich from the frozen meat trying to unthaw before I threw it away.

It all sucks they never even get your order right half the time. They’re very rude people who don’t care about their workers 90% of the time they don’t put everything in your order or they mess it up they don’t care about customer satisfaction.

So it’s an 86 degree day and honestly, I don’t usually mind a hot coffee even in the heat. I came into Dunkin' planning to use a coupon for the 2 wrap deal and a medium coffee. But when I got to the counter, I asked if I could swap the coffee for a refresher instead. Just a flat out no. No explanation, no attempt to work with me, just a hard no. Kinda killed the whole vibe I didn’t even want it anymore after that.
What made it worse? I’m standing there watching employees whipping up all kinds of free drinks for their boyfriends and friends on the clock, but here I am paying like a regular customer and getting nothing but attitude. Just felt like the paying customers were the ones getting the short end of the stick.
Definitely left with a bad taste in my mouth figuratively and literally.

My family visits Dunkin quite frequently in the city and this one is probably by far the worst one we’ve experienced. Every time we go, the staff is rarely ever friendly, our food has been made poorly and cold, we’ve waited way to long to get our food even when there is no line! (Which a worker has mentioned they were the only person in front) in addition, I also don’t appreciate the woman who took our order and we had to repeat it a handful of times because she kept putting it in wrong, and after telling her the order is not correct she got an attitude and said, “I thought that’s what you said.” - and my response was “well it wasn’t.” I’ve been in the food industry over 10 years and this service is very poor, and unprofessional. We will happily go to a different location!

This location NEVER has anything! Constantly out of whipped cream, white chocolate, French vanilla, a few times they didn’t have any medium cups ! This is WEEKLY Mind you… when I go to order I start off by asking “do you have whipped cream, white chocolate, and French vanilla “? Most the time it’s the vanilla and white chocolate but lately it’s been alll 3 save yourself a headache bypass this location and go downtown !

I received burnt loaded hashbrowns in the drive-thru. The whole top layer was so burnt it stuck together. No cheesy goodness. Do better! Don’t give people burnt food.
