Stopped around 5pm. My iced coffee was perfect. Dakota was the sweetest and made my day!

Coffee is ok. I get bagels with cream cheese. Toasted. The bagels are never toasted. They're warmed, may if I'm lucky have a slight crisp on an edge. I started choosing Toast Dark on the order. Doesn't change the bagel. Then the cream cheese spread. It 9/10 times comes in the scoop ball just plopped on the hole in the bagel. Have to spread it. The 1/10 they just give you a knife and the cream cheese separate

My order is never right. Ask for a toasted bagel it comes untoasted. Half the time my bagel comes smashed and all deformed. God forbid i ask for cream cheese. That's when I get a ball of it in the middle of the bagel. How hard is it to spread it out.

I'm not even going to mention what I get when I order a sandwich.

I've given this location many opportunities and they continue to fail. They have made my breakfast sandwich wrong many times and I mention it and still no corrections. I'm not going to this one anymore.

Great tasting drinks and great customer service. Mike is an awesome manager and there is another female manager who is amazing too. I was drinking my coffee there this morning and she asked one of the workers to remake something because she didn't think it was hot enough. I thought that was so thoughtful of her, where many stores would just put something out and hope a customer doesn't complain, she was looking out for the customers before they even got there. This is why I add an extra 20 min to my commute each morning just so I can go here. Thank you, Dunkin!

This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts around when it comes to ease of getting in and out of the drive through (a real cluster at most other local locations), service, and their coffee.

the latte was good and the workers were kind! the inside is very small and the music is loud, and sitting on the patio isn’t any better because of the road.

Went through the drive through today at 11:16am. My fiancé was trying to order and after every item the women taking our order said okay and told us the total, however we weren’t done ordering. She kept doing this, not allowing us to order anything else. After multiple attempts to try to get our order, we gave up because she didn’t respond through the headset. We pulled up, paid, both our coffees were wrong, and my fiancé received a black/burnt piece of avocado toast with bacon.

You know I don't understand dunkin' donuts you guys must really pay bad or something I don't know. Some people give you great service then there's tons of them that are just completely horrible. I go there just now The place isn't busy there's nobody there a wait forever in the drive-thru I put my order through and the girl doesn't even know how to listen All it was was a hot cup of coffee with cream and sugar and of course she wasn't paying attention after she made me wait 10 minutes. Maybe hire new management that's where I think the problem is if you guys even care you want someone to give you $3 for a cup of coffee but you don't even provide decent service or consistent product

I was at the Carnegie Pa Dunkin & it took 15 minutes to get to order. There's a car in front of me, it took 5 extra minutes for her to make a drink. I get to the window no apology for the wait, the sandwich was terrible & they gave no napkins! Doubt I'll be back.

Julz and April are constantly disrespectful not only to customers but workers too! I’m a regular and have seen all the original people leave so sad! The place smells. There’s gnats I can see on donuts and flying around. I’ve overheard mold in the building. This company needs to reevaluate who they bring into a management position! You’ve lost a customer !

Midnite Star

Service and drinks in the evening have been horrible for the few weeks prior to this experience. I took a drink of my ice coffee before leaving, and to no suprise it was horrible. I got the drink replaced and it still was horrible and he refunded the drink. Something told me to check the sandwich...burnt inside & out!! Finally, i texted the number that was on the window to show and voice my complaint. Never got a response. I started going out of my way to Washington Pike location.
