El Pollon in Carnegie is a tasteful choice for authentic Peruvian food. On a recent visit I tried the Tallarin Verde con Bistec, chicken burrito, onion and tomato salad, Peruvian fried rice, tres leches and flan. The food was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The staff was attentive and kind. I will definitely return to try more of their menu. Definitely save room for dessert!!!

I was so stoked to be invited to check out El Pollon in Carnegie in partnership with Run Relay! While I don’t often find myself out in Carnegie, El Pollon is sure to change that. I was invited to check out El Pollon in Carnegie via Run Relay. The spot has a good amount of seating with a reasonably sized menu.

Our server highly recommended the Tallarin a la Huancaina con Lomo aka spaghetti with Huancaina Sauce topped with sauteed steak.
