Seriously this is the best Italian restaurant in Pittsburgh (and surrounding area). Spaghetti with meatball must be good for an Italian restaurant to get on the dance floor. Leo Greta is doing the moonwalk! Spaghetti is out of this world, other dishes are great too and the wine selection was put together by someone that truly knows their stuff! Absolutely fantastic!! I honestly didn't want the word to get out so I never left a review but I think the cat got out of the bag. This place is stellar!' Great great job kitchen and wait staff. Also the lovely pickup order girls who give you a time and you actually are in and out in 3 minutes. It's well marina'd machine!!

We had the most incredible experience having our wedding at LeoGreta. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. Brittany, the venue coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her support made the entire planning process feel easy and enjoyable.
The day-of staff was also amazing. Everyone was so professional, attentive, and kind. We truly felt cared for the entire day.
The food was outstanding. Our guests are still raving about it! We also ordered our wedding cake through LeoGreta’s bakery, and it was hands down one of the best cakes we’ve ever had. People haven’t stopped talking about how delicious everything was.
We’re so grateful to the team at LeoGreta for helping create such a special, unforgettable day!

I’ve been coming here regularly, and it never misses. On our most recent visit, I had the corn cavatelli—an absolute standout. The flavors were rich, balanced, and somehow comforting and elevated all at once.
The food here is always spot on, no matter the dish or the day. (I think I’ve had everything on the menu )It’s the kind of place where you can bring friends, settle in, and know you’re in good hands. The consistency, quality, and warmth of the experience keep me coming back again and again.
Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates thoughtful, well-executed Italian food

This is not just dining, this is an experience. Food made fresh in house, a bakery next door with favorite Italian dessert, and a revolving menu of specialty dishes you cannot say no to. We had the spaghetti with mama’s meatballs, the special cavetlli with corn and goat cheese, the cavatelli with chicken parm, and the pizza bread app ( the only miss of our meal). I did not ding them for the bread because it tasted just like they suggests in the menu. Pizza topping on bread. But the bread starting to get soggy in the middle and it just legit became unappetizing. Would not recommend. The rest of the food, delish and definitely work another order or 6!

Our party enjoyed our meal from start to finish! Service was great, even on a busy Friday evening. We tried a few of their seasonal cocktails, and they were all balanced and refreshing. The Caesar salad and burrata came out quickly and were good starters. But our pasta entrees were the real stars of the meal. We had the linguine carbonara, cavatelli and sausage, spaghetti and meatball, and chicken Parmesan and every dish was delicious. We tried the lavender panna cotta, lemon bar, and cannoli for a great end to the meal. Can’t wait to visit again! Cheers

Wow, this place is good. From the moment you walk in to the very end where you swing by their dessert bar connected by a myriad of passageways, the business reeks of being SPECIAL. Chef comes out to visit when he isn't busy crafting his delicacies in the kitchen. I have to shout out the Grandma Bread appetizer. Keep up the good work Leogreta team!!!

Really nice Italian restaurant. A small menu with chef specialties. They also have their own pastry and bake shop! Reservations suggested.

The best gnocchi I've had in ages! Thoughtful wine selections. Welcoming and friendly staff. I wish it was open more days per week.

Had a Caesar salad and for the main dish Cavatelli & Sausage.
The Caesar salad was nine dollars and definitely overpriced. The homemade dressing tasted like lemon juice. It wasn’t a true Caesar dressing.
The Cavatelli & Sausage was accompanied by a homemade aïoli sauce made from the grease of the hot sausage. They claim this is their homemade hot sausage. It was not hot at all and basically had no flavor.
The menu is limited to about five items plus one daily main dish that is the daily special.
Overpriced, bland food, and not impressed.
