The food was very good, but they forgot one of our meals. I ordered two two-piece fish meals and only got one. I had to eat other food since I wanted my wife to have the other one. She offered to shsre, but i said no. We drove 45 minutes to one of the only Long John Silvers in our area to not get all of our food. It's my fault for not checking before leaving the drive-through.

I was fascinated by the Halloween decorations. The manager / cashier delivered our meals personally to us. It was a very pleasant visit
Parking: The only problem I can talk about is the difficulty of getting out of the parking lot. This long johns is in a grocery store parking lot.

Came through drive thru at around 7:30pm Oct 14 to pick up an Uber order. The drive thru was all empty. I pull to the mic. The old lady on the mic was harassing me. She was keep asking me to repeat my order name even though the name was clearly spoken ""Arthur M" I repeated order name Like 5 times. I pulled up to the window, showed the window girl the name on the app. She picked up my order. But the lady snatched the order from that crew and told me to come inside even though my order was just sitting there. And drive thru was all empty. first time visit Long jon silver won't be coming back.
Its 9:20 pm fri Nov 8th. So if you want cold mushy fries cole slaw that taste like fish and your potato bites laying at the bottom of the bag smashed then welcome to long Johns in Scott Twpt. My cat yurned her nose up at the fish all.4 of them. Horrible experience

We like the food. We don't wait long for it. The staff is nice but not extraordinary. Inside just seems drab & outdated. But fairly clean. Experience is always just average.

Horrible. Took over half an hour to get my food from the drive thru. How does it take that long? Don't go here, save your time. Better off going into shop & save, buying groceries, cook them at home, and still save time by the time you get your food at this long john silvers.

Food is made well. The facility has been updated a little. The fish is still great, hush puppies are well made. The Cole slaw has been changed it's a larger chop, not a fan personally. But overall it's an improvement.

I was told to come inside to grab my UBER EATS order, I come in, and i get ignored , the lady just sits there on the phone and then 2 cars come up after i was in there for 5 minutes, they take their orders lol . I walked out. Screw that. Do your jobs.
