Ordered at 4:40 in the app, said to get there by 5:05. Waited inside while no one at counter for over 30 min. When someone finally came i just asked for a refund. They brought food out but then they took it right back. Joke

This place is so disorganized. I know in fast food its hard to keep a dedicated crew with the way wages are. But took almost 20 mins to get my food at order in names were confused/not right. The drink fountain was out of service (staff did fill behind the counter). The restaurant is clean and newer but ordering can 1000 percent use improvement.

Long John Silver’s in Carnegie may have gotten an outside overhaul, but the inside is worse than the original place. My husband and I ordered two basic meals. They got everything wrong, but the fish and the shrimp. But even the number of fish and shrimp were wrong. There was only one fish instead of two and there were five shrimp instead of eight. The sides they got completely wrong. And my coleslaw was swimming in so much dressing I couldn’t even see any of the cabbage. I was really looking forward to trying the new and improved Long John Silver’s. But it is absolutely horrible! I have never ever ever written a review for any other restaurant in my life. But I couldn’t sit back and say nothing.

This is something we just have to have every like 2 to 3 months. Definitely not a once-a-week thing type of food. We have the usual chicken strips and fish and the battered shrimp. Remember as a kid I used to like the peg leg chicken I wish they still had

The food was very good, but they forgot one of our meals. I ordered two two-piece fish meals and only got one. I had to eat other food since I wanted my wife to have the other one. She offered to shsre, but i said no. We drove 45 minutes to one of the only Long John Silvers in our area to not get all of our food. It's my fault for not checking before leaving the drive-through.
