I am so thrilled to have this wonderful bakery in our neck of the woods. Everything was so delicious and delightful. The sugar cookies, snickerdoodle creme sandwiches, strawberry jam filled cupcakes, buckeye brownies and cranberry orange muffins were all amazing and delicious. I ordered various cupcakes and Bundt cakes for my daughter's wedding. There were people attending the wedding who had allergies to dairy, gluten and eggs. I wanted to make sure everyone had cake.
First, the order was placed on kind of a short notice (about 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding).
Second, Noel is a consummate professional. He was very accommodating with the delivery and presentation. He called prior to making the order to confirm everything.
Third, when the items were delivered to the venue, he provided detailed instructions on which items required refrigeration if left out for an extended period of time.
Fourth, the items were absolutely delicious and even though I added a sign stating the items were vegan and gluten free (we also had items that contained gluten and were not vegan) everyone said the cupcakes and Bundt cakes were delicious.
Fifth, Noel gave me a follow up call after the wedding to make sure everything met our expectations (they exceeded expectations!!).
Sixth, Noel is a very kind and considerate person and will take time to discuss your needs, wishes and wants.

Everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavor — it's clear they put a lot of care into their recipes. From the moist cupcakes and brownies to the perfectly chewy cookies, everything was terrific!
What really stood out beyond the food was how easy and pleasant the owners were to work with. They made coordinating pick-up a breeze, and communication was friendly and prompt throughout the entire process.

Came to Pitt and saw this bakery with high reviews. As a newly diagnosed gluten and dairy allergic person finding actually enjoyable baked goods at a normal price can be a huge challenge. Noel’s baked goods surpassed my expectations! The pricing is also very fair. I placed a last minute order that he was able to accommodate day of. We will be back!
