it was absolutely outstanding! Every dish I tried was a burst of flavors, and the presentation was top-notch. The chef's creativity truly shone through in each bite. Whether you're a fan of seafood, steak, or vegetarian options, they have something to satisfy every palate.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant menu offered a great variety catering to different tastes ,and quality of ingredients was evident in every bite

Used to be good but not anymore. The last 4 times the pizza is completely undercooked. So undercooked that it’s nasty, so doughy that it’s barely edible. This is even after asking for it to be well done. The last two times I even told them it was undercooked before and emphasized to do it well done and still was very undercooked. It’s a shame because it used to be good. The 2 stars are pretty much for nostalgia, or it would be 1.

RIP OFF. Ordered 2 deluxe salads. Both came with french fries, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and chicken/ steak. No cheese, no olives, no bananas peppers, and one tiny piece off garlic bread. The complaint is not the flavor. $13.50 each for not even basic salads with fries on top. My wife got the loaded fries. Did not come with the bacon. The liquid cheese taste like nothing. Just a greasy texture. They were good a few years back. I stopped ordering a while back. They were really slipping in quality. They got even worse. Never cared for there pizza. Terrible sauce and always undercooked. This was a joke. Far better options in my area. Sunset, tomatoes 2, and the other place.

Got a chicken caesar wrap. It was greasy. They're not supposed to be greasy. And it had onions. No onions in the description. Couldn't finish it even without the onions because it was such a greasy mess. IT'S ALL BAD!
This has to be some of the worst food ever prepared for a customer. The wings were dry overcooked and smelled musty. Like almost rotten. The first deep dish thick crust 10 cut pizza was so overworked, thin and sloppy. I believe there may have been 4 actual cuts that were cut into 6 ribbons. Had to return it. The replacement xtra large traditional was so thin there was no crust and burnt. The pizza sauce taste too sweet and as if it came directly from a can. The breadsticks were dry and overcooked. And finally the hoagie, although the beat portion of the meal was drenched in italian dressing so that you couldnt taste anything else. Please do the neighborhood a favor and close your establishment or remove the once enjoyable taste of Portofino's pizza from your trademark. Thank you,

I ordered a Sicilian pizza it was terrible. It didn't even look like a Sicilian pizza. I will not order from them ever again. Learn how to make a Sicilian pizza or just close the doors forever.

Don't bother. Not so much as a call or anything, had to find out through slice they were closing earlier than the hours posted here OR on Slice. Would have been nice to know that instead of just letting slice do their dirty work for them. I know how the app works they are more than able to switch to closed to make sure no orders go through.

Good little shop in Carnegie. Had a bad rap for awhile. Food is good and delivery time is fast. The delivery guy was nice! Definitely recommend giving them a try!
