Ordered a door dash Sicilian pizza because this place has been there forever, so thought we should give it a try. It was just passable. The dough was very much bread like, no significant chew or crunch. (it was delivery, so not deducting a lot for that!) Sauce was too sweet for our taste. Got extra cheese and pepperoni, neither was too generous. Maybe we'll try the thin crust sometime, but that sauce makes me doubt it'd be worth it.
Something changed... I come once a year or so from a hr away and something changed... maybe new ownership or different ingredients...🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️... but definitely not worth the hr drive no more...🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️...
Raya’s has been around for a long time. There is definitely a reason for that! Food is wonderful, and always consistent. Pick up or delivery, the staff is always pleasant and quick with the orders. You CAN’T GO WRONG WITH RAYA’S PIZZA!
