We went here for the first time and it was amazing. We have a new favorite ice cream spot. Amazing flavors and so many to choose from. My favorites so far are the brownie batter(which was so good), and their cherries one can't remember the name but ill know it when I see it lol.

Super generous scoop! Maybe I was ist lucky, but was impressed w the amount of ice cream. Peanut butter chocolate - was tasty… would go back.
My fiance and I are big ice cream enthusiasts and love trying new spots! We decided to try out Scoops before a show at the Roxian and oh my gosh it was AMAZING. First of all, the whole place is so cute and there are soo many different flavors to choose from! I went with a scoop of the Coconut ice cream and a scoop of the Brownie Batter.. it was some of the best ice cream I've ever had!! My fiance had a brownie batter milkshake and he said it was one of the best milkshakes he's ever had! We live an hour away but we are planning on stopping back really soon because it was just too good!

Scoops is one of our favorites in Carnegie! It’s a very cute little storefront, their flavors are vast and incredibly yummy! They also have some pretty nice size portions. 10 out of 10 would recommend
