I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location. The staff member was extremely rude, giving us mean stares while assisting an intellectually disabled individual in my care. She did not want mayonnaise on her sandwich, and when we asked what comes on it, he rushed through his words so quickly that it was difficult to understand. She tried to explain that she could not eat mayonnaise, but he got an attitude.
When I asked to speak to a manager, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he simply remade the sandwich without acknowledging the problem. Based on this experience, I will never return to this location, and I will not bring any of the intellectually disabled individuals I support here. This Subway is not welcoming to disabled or Black customers.

Always shorts, me cheese and when I complain, I’m told well I’ll put it on there if you want I told them of course I want it. I paid for it happened to me three times. I won’t go back.

RUDE PEOPLE: Go at your own risk!BACK AT IT AGAIN, AGAIN just like their other location down near Aldi's, same people work for the stores they are all affiliated with each other I believe) and I went to this location today inside of Walmart, (the Indians are always very polite, but I'm sorry to say the other workers they have there are very very rude! I had a mean taller woman today, she was the only one who was there, Seemed very annoyed the entire time, then when i got up to the window she pursed her lips and looked directly past me to ask me what kind of sandwich I wanted, didnt maintain any type of polite composure, didn't even seem to care, i felt like i was bothering her by her energy with ne, she seemed BEYOND miserable.. if shes that miserable and uncomfortable, im not sure why shes working at a subway where you DEAL WITH PEOPLE!! EVERY DAY!( PRETTY SURE SHE KNEW THAT WHEN SHE GOT HIRED! ) ...If you're miserable, everyone has bad days, but GO HOME then! DON'T take it out on the customers please!!! The attitude she had the entire time honestly made me want to walk out, but there were people who were already waiting behind me and I'd feel bad. Sorry but I won't be going here again if she or anyone else is giving me dirty looks from the start . Absolutely 0 customer service skills.. such a disappointment this subway definitely went downhill.
