Ordered online couple minutes later it got voided. Ordered it again now annoyed. Got my food my my sub was missing the cheese and they add tomatoes which I didn't ask for. Over all very careless.

Never say hi to me or coworkers always talking to each other in language idk never cuts my sandwich in half I always get a foot long unfortunately it’s the closest food place for lunch

They are not preparing food in time. I order food from door dash, in one hour3 drivers went to store to pick order but they haven’t prepared. I tried to call store no one is picking up my call. One time they answered my call and they even didn’t anything with me. Very worst store that I have ever seen.

It’s just way overpriced. I got a footlong BMT and a regular fountain drink. I thought they made a mistake when the total was $15.60, but it was accurate. Thats more than any other fast food joint with better food. And then, of course, they asked for a tip… If I’m spending $16 on a sandwich and a fountain drink, I’m going somewhere much better than subway.

Food is about as subpar as any other subway but nobody goes there expecting a great sandwich. What they do expect is that if you're gonna send coupons to everybody within an 8 mile radius of another subway, then maybe that subway should take the coupons they mail out. Listen, if you're not gonna take the coupons, fine, at least don't waste the paper it takes to even send em to literally everybody within the zip code. Anyone within the Carnegie area that sees this, just save the trip with your coupons here cuz they don't take em lol.

I've been a regular to this store for years but I think I'm done. I'm tired of paying full price for a sandwich on stale bread. Also the guy in the evening doesn't cut sandwiches in half for some reason and it's very annoying. Please do better.
