I've been a regular to this store for years but I think I'm done. I'm tired of paying full price for a sandwich on stale bread. Also the guy in the evening doesn't cut sandwiches in half for some reason and it's very annoying. Please do better.

Service is absolutely terrible. They can't follow basic instructions. The young Indian girl that is constantly working is completely incapable of the most basic tasks.I'll not eat here again.

They put up a barrier behind the glass so you can't see them making your food so they can rip you off. They are very skimpy with portion sizes - particularly with the meats. After experiencing this several times I will not be going back and I do not recommend this location.

I ordered 3 foot long deluxe sandwiches non were deluxe I ordered on the app went to pick it up I let both workers know why I was there and no one said anything to me to let me know that the online orders were on a certain shelf so I sat for 15 mins whileThey walked around and looked atMe … I will never eat here I waisted a lot of money forFood no one ate

Got a footlong veggie sub and the chick put spinach on one half of my sandwich only, and only 3 cucumbers and 3 tomatoes it was pathetic lol it sucked a$$.

Went in with corporate coupons to the Carnegie Subway in Pittsburgh area and noted that the store owner has instructed his employees to pick and choose which coupons they'll accept. They could care less when myself and the other customer in the store walked out without purchasing any food because we had the coupons on the no-way are we going to give you that deal. the employee acted as if they could just pick and chose their customers and that day she did - she picked 00 customers. Won't be back there EVER and I assume they could not give a damn.

Extremely indifferent staff and service. Ordered one foot long flatbread chicken teriyaki, chicken the side. She charged me $22, bc when i asked for chicken on the side, she gave it to me in a bowl!!

Don't let the renovations fool you. I ended up paying $10 for a salad with a bowl half full if lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, half a handful of olives, and being asked if I wanted more chicken for extra when the scoop wasn't full. They downsized on the bowls and charge more. Subway has gone way down. In the picture you can see the bottom of the bowl and it half full....

Place is awful. Save your money and go to a real Subway. Person who worked there very rude. Wouldn't take my coupon. Yelled at me. I rushed there 2 be there at 9 thirty before it closed

Service, food, and price is horrible. Highly recommend going elsewhere for lunch. Will be overcharged and experience horrible customer service. When you walk in expect unsanitary conditions while your food is being prepped. The employee has a horrible attitude and will cut you off when you're trying to order. When you request a condiment you will be flabbergasted by how much is put on that it ruins the entire sub. If I could give this location negative stars I would.The truth is this location is horrible, veggies are old and brown. This location should actually be used as a live demonstration on how not to run a restaurant let alone a business.

The brown skinned woman who works there during the day usually, she's the best. Treats us good ALL the time and we enjoy seeing her and the interaction while preparing food and overall visit. MUCH LOVE.
