I was trying to support local in my quest for cupcakes and cookies for my baby shower. After reading reviews I thought I would inquire with sugar butter bakery. I’ve called, e-mailed, and messaged on Facebook to no avail.A simple, sorry not available or something of the sort would suffice. Just completely ignoring a potential client is a bit insulting.It’s a shame, I’ll make sure I let anyone asking about local bakeries to take there business elsewhere.

These are the most amazing scones I have ever had. It's a small woman owned family business that makes you feel like you are part of their own. Stickers on the boxes, items packaged with care.. recommended 100%!

This place quickly became my favorite bakery in Pittsburgh. I don’t live in the area but make it a point to stop once a month. Cookies, pepperoni rolls, cupcakes, pretzel jello salad are all delicious. I’ll be stopping in tomorrow

Stopped in to try out bakery. Greeted by friendly staff. I purchased 3 cookies. They were delicious! Planning on going back there to try some other pastries.
I picked up lots of baked goods today for Thanksgiving, which I am sure is the busiest day of the year. The young girls working were delightful, kind, polite and knowledgeable. The owner was busy as can be, but still made my experience feel very personalized. The desserts looked beautiful. Will definitely be back at this bakery!

I’ve gone several times now and it gets better each time!-The baked goods are FANTASTIC. Nothing is overly sweet. The flavors are really complex and delicious. Better than 85% of the bakeries in PGH, easily. (As good as the other 15%!)-The service is lovely-looks to me to be a grandma, mom, and granddaughter/daughter, who they are teaching customer service. They are friendly, patient, and helpful.-My favs include the oatmeal anything-cookies, bars, etc, the tiramisu-which was priced WELL, and the apple cinnamon bread-which was filled with chunks of apple. I plan to try it all!-It’s also right in the middle of some cool stores and the coffee shop! Park. Get coffee. Hit the bakery, pottery shop, and the gift stores. That’s a lovely afternoon.Parking: Parking is free on Saturdays, pay the rest of the week.

Angie is the most amazing person & baker I have ever met. I am beyond happy with the cupcakes and cake she made for my wedding. We received so many compliments about how beautiful everything was and ever more compliments about how delicious it all was. I will forever suggest this bakery to all my friends and family. I have ordered cupcakes several times now from Sugar Butter Bakery, and each time they are amazing! The most recent order was actually cupcakes and a small cake for my wedding. Ange is great to work with and made sure every detail was perfect! And of course everything was delicious!
