I live here in Catty. The treatment and lack of communication at this restaurant were unbelievable. We sat down, placed our order, and waited. Another group arrived after us, ordered, and received their food while we still had nothing. Nearly an hour passed with no updates, and then our meals finally appeared. When I asked to speak with the manager, he explained that the kitchen had made our order incorrectly and had to redo it. My concern is simple: why wasn’t this communicated to us, and why did I have to request a conversation with the manager just to find out what happened? The manager did nothing to take care of us as customers.

Our server tonight was Daniella. She was amazing, very upbeat, engaging with excellent professionalism. Got me as a repeat customer for sure! Definitely recommend

The first day in Catty I realized this is the local Cheers. Everyone knew everybody and I saw many of the same faces the multiple times I came here. All the food is great but I kept wandering back to the Cheesesteak!
Bartenders were friendly and lovely shout outs to Amber, Melissa and Kim. I will definitely be back when I’m in Lehigh Valley.

I WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS. Me and son got a menu in the mail a seen all the food they had so we decided to go check it out. well we walking and felt uncomfortable everyone at the bar and bartender just stopped talking and stared at us like we where not supposed to be there. No welcome or hello from the bartender nothing. So we walked to the back area to find a table and we sat there for like 5 mins NOONE CAME OVER OR ASKED TO SEE A MENU NOTHING I been in the restaurant business for over 25 years I been to alot of bars pubs and restaurants and NEVER FELT UNWELCOMED IN MY LIFE . I NEVER GO THERE AGAIN I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.

Danielle is absolutely AMAZING. My dad is on hospice and my mom is throwing a birthday party. I live in California. The only thing I could help with was the food. I was having trouble ordering (my error) and Danielle came to my rescue! Kind and courteous--> she went completely out of her way to help me! My mom said the food was amazing and on time! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO DANIELLE and Catty Corner Nazareth!
