Tonight was our first time at Caballo Dorado, and it was an amazing experience! The house drinks they make are awesome, all the food we got was excellent, and everyone at Caballo Dorado made the whole experience like dinner with family!!
The excellent homemade chips and salsa got me right out the gate, and every bite of food we had took it to the next level of excellence!! They were all so kind, had excellent personal service, and within minutes of being there it was like a special occasion dinner with family!!!
It is so awesome to have Caballo Dorado here in Catawissa!!!

Very friendly service, very clean, amazing food. We came with a party of 10 and we all got our food in great timing considering they also do pick up. This place is so good my family I dined with all made a review from this place. This place exceeded our expectations. My meal was the Dorado Enchiladas and was a big portion for a great price. Please support this small business, they deserve the love. Finally, best salsa I ever had !

If you are in the Catawissa area you should stop in and enjoy a meal here. I ordered the 3 stones meal and horchata. The complimentary chips and salsa is amazing and the meal was enough to share. The staff are so sweet and very welcoming.

Authentic, fabulous Latin restaurant, with friendly, engaging service and delicious food. We had the fajitas made with homemade sausage and tortillas; and enchiladas verde. Both were fantastic. Flan was very sweet, with a dense texture. The restaurant was busy. It’s a popular place for both dine in and take out. We’ll be making it a habit!

We were really pleased with our meals..steak fajitas and beef chimichangas.
Omygosh....no reason to go anywhere else for Mexican food.!! All authentic, fresh and house made. Nothing canned or artificial!
The service was great, very pleasant and welcoming. Ambiance is genuine...felt like I was in Mexico...took us long enough to finally get there, but it won't be long until wre go back..thank you for being in the area.
