This Mexican restaurant is a diamond in the rough. The waitress was so kind and caring. The cook pays close detail to each dish and prepares it so beautifully. The restaurants appearance is so charming, it sits right next door to a train museum. If you want delicious, authentic Mexican food with amazing service come to Caballo’s.

If you live in Bloomsburg and you like Mexican food.. You need to get here and try it!! Food was fresh and full of flavor. I like the hotter salsa and they made a little batch for my dinner! I had the chimi dinner and my wife had a fajitas taco bowl. She said it was the best taco salad she ever had. Owner is nice and very friendly! Definitely coming back!!
