2 enchiladas (chicken, beef, bean, or cheese) or you can choose to replace either 1 with a spinach 1. The 2 of them are bathed in a delicious mole sauce and sprinkled with our melted shredded cheese. Accompanied by a choice of rice or beans.
Enchiladas Verdes
2 enchiladas (chicken, beef, cheese) topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, sour cream and shredded chs. accompanied with a side of rice or beans.
Lunch Taco Bowl
Crispy flour tortilla bowl filled with beans, chicken or beef, Lettuce, Sour cream, tomato and shredded cheese. Turn into a fajita taco bowl for an additional price.
Enano's Burro
A small size burrito filled with chicken or beef topped with mole and cheese sauce. Accompanied with rice and beans with pico de gallo for an additional price.
Huevos Rancheros
2 fried eggs bathed in a spicy red sauce. Served with Rice, beans, and an order of Flour tortillas.
Chori-Pollo
Grilled sliced chicken breast mixed with Chorizo, served with Rice, beans, and an order of flour tortillas. Add 2 Fried eggs for an additional price.
Quesadilla Combo
2 cheese quesadillas with a choice of rice or beans. Fresh sliced avocados and a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

A fajita inside a folded flour tortilla with lost of melted cheese served with rice, beans, Lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.
Lunch Fajita Burrito
A chicken or Steak fajita inside a wrap up flour tortilla. Served with either rice or beans, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.
Special Fajitas
A shrimp, steak, and pollo fajitas with a choice between Mexican sausage and Carnitas with bell peppers, and onions all grilled, Accompanied with an order of either corn or flour tortillas, rice, beans and a salad.

Burritos Mexicanos
2 grilled chicken burritos with ranchero sauce or mole sauce, cheese dip, and pico de gallo on top, accompanied with rice, beans, and a salad that consists of lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and guacamole with shredded cheese.
Burritos Rancheros
2 burritos filled with steak, rice, beans, bathed in ranchero sauce and cheese dip.
Dorados Enchiladas

Believe I've found my favorite Catawissa spot! The waitress we had was so friendly and sweet, very attentive to myself and other customers. Food was amazing and you get heaping portion. And the speciality drink my daughter and I had was delicious. Such a nice atmosphere- I'll be returning!

Stopped in pretty late with the family yesturday. very friendly workers, food was made very fresh and to be honest. the food was great. 3 of the 5 of us had to take a to go container because they couldn't finish their food after having one of the appetizers. food was seasoned great, we all agreed to stop back again in the future. and big shout out to the very friendly siblings working hard yet keeping a very up beat energy.
