2 enchiladas (chicken, beef, bean, or cheese) or you can choose to replace either 1 with a spinach 1. The 2 of them are bathed in a delicious mole sauce and sprinkled with our melted shredded cheese. Accompanied by a choice of rice or beans.
Enchiladas Verdes
2 enchiladas (chicken, beef, cheese) topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, sour cream and shredded chs. accompanied with a side of rice or beans.
Lunch Taco Bowl
Crispy flour tortilla bowl filled with beans, chicken or beef, Lettuce, Sour cream, tomato and shredded cheese. Turn into a fajita taco bowl for an additional price.
Enano's Burro
A small size burrito filled with chicken or beef topped with mole and cheese sauce. Accompanied with rice and beans with pico de gallo for an additional price.
Huevos Rancheros
2 fried eggs bathed in a spicy red sauce. Served with Rice, beans, and an order of Flour tortillas.
Chori-Pollo

2 grilled chicken burritos with ranchero sauce or mole sauce, cheese dip, and pico de gallo on top, accompanied with rice, beans, and a salad that consists of lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and guacamole with shredded cheese.

Dorados Enchiladas

Tonight was our first time at Caballo Dorado, and it was an amazing experience! The house drinks they make are awesome, all the food we got was excellent, and everyone at Caballo Dorado made the whole experience like dinner with family!!

Very friendly service, very clean, amazing food. We came with a party of 10 and we all got our food in great timing considering they also do pick up. This place is so good my family I dined with all made a review from this place. This place exceeded our expectations. My meal was the Dorado Enchiladas and was a big portion for a great price. Please support this small business, they deserve the love. Finally, best salsa I ever had !

If you are in the Catawissa area you should stop in and enjoy a meal here. I ordered the 3 stones meal and horchata. The complimentary chips and salsa is amazing and the meal was enough to share. The staff are so sweet and very welcoming.
