We always enjoy the people who work there. They are always friendly and come to visit us at our table. The food portions are very substantial. Food is good old home cooking. We love the place.
My dad and I stopped there today and the food was amazing. My dad said it's the best rueben he's had in years and both of us agree the pie we got was phenomenal! His coconut cream, mine peanut butter! My only complaint is how far it is from home!
It was super busy, but the servers were attentive when they got back to us; there was a good deal of time btwn visits though. We ate at the bar, which was fine for our group of 3. It took awhile to get our order, we came on Sunday for lunch and hit all of the church goers after their service ended.
