And likely far more than you'll pay here.The Express exemplifies a family passionate about the food they prepare and the service they provide.There is nothing on the menu that my family has tried thus far where we were anything but delighted.If you're a bit out of the Centre Hall Borough area, the Express is a place that's worth the drive.I can't promise you'll love it, but I've yet to meet anyone who doesn't.”

“Heather is unbelievably talented. We have used her on several occasions and she has always exceeded our expectations. She helped make our day extra special with her phenomenal skills. She is easy to work, flexible and takes all pressure off of the decision making. We will hands down be using her for many more future events.”

“Great little diner off of the 322 route. Well worth the detour. The food was cooked to perfection and had a great taste. The service was very good and fast. Both the hamburger and chicken were not over cooked and very moist. Not the cheapest diner in the country but the food made it worth it. Not over priced either.”

“Clean new dunkin and I love it! The staff is helpful always but the coffees I get are too watery always and never have enough of a coffee taste compared to other Dunkin’s I go to! Always watered down it seems!Vegetarian options: Idk for sure! “This cute little cafe is a hidden gem with vegetarian options!I stopped in with my family while on a road trip and got the BEST vegetarian borscht that I've ever had. They also have the most delicious stuffed pastries that they serve hot if you're dining in. We got the spinach and cheese pastry and also a mashed potato and mushroom pastry. One stuffed pastry is a nice size for a light lunch, especially with a cup of borscht, but we loved the pastries so much that we got some to go, too!My only regret is that this wonderful cafe is so far from home!Vegetarian options: Phenomenal stuffed pastries. There were three vegetarian options, and the two that we got were amazing!Kid-friendliness: There was a high chair and they were so sweet with our two kids. They were feeling picky today, but I think other kids would love the pastries and soups! There is no changing table for babies in the bathroom, though, so you may need to stop elsewhere afterwards if a little one needs a fresh diaper.”

“We had a great meal, the food and service was excellent. The boneless wings app is enough for an entree and very tender and juicy. The chili Mac was very good, as were the baked beans. The sausage medallions were very tasty and the peppers were fresh. I will go back for the garlic mashed potatoes”

“Absolutely fabulous bakery to order a custom cake from! I could not be happier with the cake and outstanding customer service. I shared my vision with Tatiana for a custom graduation cake and she did an excellent job. Our guests were wowed! On top of that, she and her team were so accommodating when we had a last minute date change. Thank you, Tatiana and team!”

“This is a very cute spot to dine in or take to go! We ordered two breakfast sandwiches & added Italian sausage to them. We also go a cafe freddo (iced latte) and two macarons. The place is nicely set up & has a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly & helpful even when it was busy. Check this local place out if you’re coming through bellefonte!”

“Exquisitely well planned and thought out brewery. Every detail was meticulously considered - fixtures, lighting, decor, seating - everything looks top quality. The outdoor space is large and includes corn hole and tables with fire pits! All to naught if the beer is bad right? But it’s also very good - crafted expertly to style, or sometimes a unique combo. They take pride in serving other local central PA products - coffees, sodas, wines, cider, and spirits. A tremendous success five minutes from the state college border.”

“The omelette that I had here was perfectly cooked. It wasn’t overdone and it also wasn’t mushy. The space is clean, and the servers are attentive. This is definitely a cute spot, and I will be dining here again in the future!”

“Stopped in for Sunday brunch. Our first time here and wanted to check it out based from word of mouth. Seated quickly and server took our drink orders. I had a Bloody Maria after inquiring what the difference was between that and a Mary (tequila instead of vodka). Quite good actually. Probably a new preference.My food order was something called a Capricious Goat. Egg omelette with goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, and arugula. Served with home fries. It was a plateful. Nice mix of flavors. And the goat cheese was local.Hubby got the pretzel bread which came with beer cheese and apple slices. The bread was very interesting and reminded me of dense cornbread. The cheese was also quite different from what we were used to. To me it had an almost pimento spread type vibe. Cold with just a touch of heat.Hubby's other small plate was the beef empanada. Two generous sized pieces with a roja sauce for dipping. Golden brown with a very well seasoned filling.I spied their blackboard on the wall with posted drinks and desserts and my eyes lit up when I saw banoffee pie listed. Since this is something I've always been curious about, we decided to share a slice. The presentation as it was carried to our table was impressive! There it sat on it's own little pedestal. The pie itself was very eye appealing. First bite you could tell it was ooey gooey good with all that caramel. The sliced bananas were just right and that crust was amazing too. Very rich dessert and I'm glad we tried it.Service was outstanding. Now I know why this is a popular place. Looking forward to returning.”

“This is a little gem of a creamery. I tend to spread the love around between all of the local creameries (Reedsville, Old Mill, Meyers), which we are so lucky to have so many, but Meyers is my main love. It's been around since I can remember, and no other creamery has better chocolate milk, NONE. Ice cream is top-notch as well. They carry other fun, locally sourced goods as well, like Cafe Lemont coffee (best local coffee, IMO) and Otto's soda, among other things. Stop in. Get a scoop (or a shake). Do some shopping. You won't be disappointed.”

“Superb! Enjoyed a family birthday celebration and had the BEST time staying at “The Gamble Mill” including the use of the private “Speakeasy” room. So classy!!! The decor of the whole place is beautiful, modern yet cozy while feeling a presence of history - really cool! The bedroom suites are spacious and provide detailed amenities- they thought of every little thing; the bed was super comfy and the sheets/blankets so soft and lush.“The Republic” bar served a variety of delicious signature cocktails - I especially enjoyed the “Anne Marie” and the “Perfect Martini” So refreshing and served in pretty glasses! The service was so friendly, attentive and timely. I love the atmosphere of this bar! Definitely a place to visit or go regularly if you live nearby!”

“I have these almost everyday! Personally I order 6 unsalted pretzels and the container, about 8-12oz. CINNAMON SUGAR DIP! Yes! PEOPLE get it! You won't regret it. IT'S HEAVENLY! I have that for breakfast on my days off- no cooking. Lol Honestly a great place with great people! The new owner is a truly kind person. And the girl behind the counter is lovely. Also if your going for savory flavors- honey mustard is good! And the PEPPERONI ROLL WITH that MARINARA- DEFINITELY worth a try! Lastly- the FROZEN LEMONADE is an ICEE on NEXT LEVEL !! Addicting in itself! It's just a heartwarming experience no matter my mood. From spicy mustard to brownie batter dips in individual dip portions, bottles and small tubs.. choose your favorite. I told you mine!”

“Pizza — delicious thicker dough with abundant toppings on the meat lovers and cheesesteak pizzas. Wait staff — incredibly attentive to what they saw we needed or desired! The place — older, cramped and uncomfortable seats, but it didn’t hamper our experience and clearly doesn’t hurt business, as it was packed the whole time we were there, with a line inside for seating and for carryout. The small bar had one seated patron. Two TVs tuned to football games were nice to have but unnecessary. The food and feel inspired fun conversation. Friends say their wings and sandwiches are fantastic. It’ll be hard to order them with such great pizza. We shall see!”

“The service was quick and polite and my interactions with the staff were so personable. The Italian hoagie had the best flavor and lots of cold cuts. I loved my chicken cheese steak, the bread was so soft and fluffy and the meat plentiful and tender and the 12" is huge by the way! Great prices and not a far drive from State College if you just want a great sandwich.”

“Went off the beaten path today for lunch on our trek across Pennsylvania. Miller's was worth the extra mile off of I-80. The hoagies are so much better than a fast food hoagie. The ingredients were fresh, literally being taken out of the refrigerator as they made our sandwiches, compared to fast food sandwich places with all of the ingredients laid out for the day. The staff was welcoming and efficient. If I lived in the area, I'd be here for breakfast or lunch regularly! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because my husband really wanted a wrap. We didn't see it on the menu.”

It fills a whole in our hearts from the home town Italian joints we grew up with. Great staff, very quick service. This place is a Bellefonte Gem. Try the lasagna!”

However, the fried cheese curds and bacon, cheese and ranch fries were delicious! Note that if ordering in, the prices have increased, but the printed menus aren't current.”
