Absolutely knocked our wedding out of the park. Great food, Great service. My wife and I even had a private waitress that followed us around all night, highly recommend. Ted is prompt in responding to any and all questions. They provided a full raw bar carving station bartenders. All their food was homemade.

Ted and his team at Brandywine Catering catered a memorial service luncheon for us this weekend at Levering Mill Tribute House in Bala Cynwyd. We were originally looking at another venue that turned out to not have availability, but we found Ted so pleasant and easy to work with, loved the menu BC had available on their menu, and were pleased with how all-inclusive they were that we asked them to do the catering at the new venue anyway.We could not have been more pleased with the ease of interacting with the team, the absolutely DELICIOUS food (butternut squash ravioli was ???), the incredibly kind and helpful staff at the event. Everything was perfect for the event and I will recommend Brandywine Catering to anyone looking for great food, service and value.

I can't rave enough about Ted Pace and his wonderful catering team. Based on a strong recommendation, I hired Brandywine Catering to prepare and serve the food and drinks at my 50th birthday party at my home, which was 'Bringing Back the 80s' themed. Well I'll have to say that it was easily the best decision I made with respect to the party. Weeks later, I still have guests commenting on how delicious the food was and how courteous and professional the catering staff was. Several of them even mentioned how they noticed that even if there was a little spill of sauce on a table, the crew was immediately there wiping it clean. Their attention to detail and care for my guests and my home were second to none. And did I mention the food??? Everything from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the slider bar to the 'made to order' pasta station was amazing. Crowd favorites were their bacon wrapped scallops, lamb chops and crab cake sliders. But I already knew the food would be great because Ted was kind enough to schedule a tasting a few months prior to the event, where my sister-in-law and I got to try every single item that was going to be on my menu. Then a couple weeks before the party, Ted visited my house to do a walkthrough where he came up with some great ideas re: party layout and how to further play up my 80s theme. I think that's what makes Brandywine Catering most special...it was not only excellent quality food, but an equally caring and engaged staff, including Ted himself. I highly recommend Brandywine Catering and hope to book them again for a future event!

Ted, Karen and the team at Brandywine Catering are OUTSTANDING! From our very first phone call with Ted, we knew that we wanted him to cater our wedding. He answered our questions, was professional yet personable, and gladly worked with us on planning an all vegetarian menu.The food was not only delicious, but was presented beautifully. Our guests (the majority of them not vegetarian) raved about the food, even till today!The staff was wonderful - friendly, attentive and accommodating.Ted and his team went above and beyond in making sure that our wedding was amazing. We are forever grateful for all that they did, and couldn't be happier that we chose them. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would!

Working with Ted Pace and his team at Brandywine Catering to prepare for the biggest day in our daughter's life was a completely wonderful experience. Ted worked with us over many months planning for the wedding day ~ he was confident and helpful and guided us along every step of the way to make sure our reception, (after Covid delays), went off beautifully and without a hitch. There was vast choice of food options ~ from passed hors d'oeuvre to desserts....he took care of everything, and this is even at a venue that he was not used to serving at. His staff was wonderful too! Working hard to do all that they could to make our guests happy and well fed and cared for.I had many many guests come up to me after the reception to say what a wonderful party it was. Ted and all of his years of experience in catering was definitely the right choice for us. There was not one thing I had to think about while at the party ~ I was able to just enjoy the wedding and see my daughter glow in complete and utter happiness with her husband. If you want seamless and efficient catering for your big event, I highly recommend Brandywine Catering.

Ted and Brandywine Catering catered my sister’s at home baby shower this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect.Ted made it super easy to plan by providing customized meal and drink options, altering everything to fit our budget, and stopping by the house a few weeks before the event to plan the layout.The food was DELICIOUS, and all freshly made on site. Not only did it taste amazing, but the presentation was gorgeous. I truly was blown away. They were able to incorporate my ideas as well - like a hot chocolate and cider bar, and mini pies. Oh and the apple pie was by far the best pie I’ve ever had.Also I have to point out how sweet the waitstaff was! They were all so nice. We can’t wait to plan another party just to have everyone back!I have had countless guests from the party reach out to tell me how much they loved the food,servers, and overall catering company.Thank you for everything Brandywine Catering!! Wish we could do it all over again :)

Such great, professional service! Ted catered our small wedding, and the food was absolutely delicious! We had amazing, unique appetizers, and a buffet that tasted delicious. My forever issue with wedding food is that it's cold by the time you get it, but Ted was able to counteract that. A truly great team. We loved his whole staff.

This company exceeded our expectations! We had to change venue, dates (twice) and our entire set up. Ted and his crew were AMAZING. They offered a full refund of our deposit given the circumstances with Covid which just made me want to use their services more. We ended up having him set up a mini food bar with desserts and shrimp/veggie shooters which were Covid friendly and delicious. They’re attention to detail, ability to adjust plans, and just overall kindness were refreshing. If I need anything catered in the future, I will be using them again.

We hired Ted to do our wedding reception as he is a chef for family friends regularly and they love his food. At our tasting he didn't have all the items we ordered and some presented were.way off...example.. subbed hard mozzarella for fresh buffalo mozzarella on caprese? Just the first red flag.... we had to postpone our wedding due to a medical.emergency as my fiance was hospitalized. When we called him frankly we.thought the illness may be cancer or a tumor according to doctor's and initial.tests We called him on March 20 to cancel as my fiance could not eat food.from Mar 1-end of April. We canceled in March, 48 hours after we paid total catering cost which was approx $7K for a May wedding. Though he hadn't purchased food yet he said he could only send us $1500 as he couldn't rebook for a graduation or a mother's day event and he tried?.....if he worked for you the weekend of May 11 please send me a message. He obviously needed the $ ....even with our $50K medical bill from 2 weeks hospitalized and 2 months recovery....... needless to say we were shocked and somewhat livid. All of our other vendors understood and returned our deposit except Brandywine...watch out for this one.......

We had 100 guests at our wedding and used Brandywine Catering for table, chairs, linens, bar service and three *awesome* entrees.We finished our ceremony, and a member of the catering staff literally RAN to us with champagne. THAT is the level of service you want at your wedding - trust me! We took some photos and everywhere we turned the staff was there with appetizers. We got endless compliments on the quality of food we had during the cocktail hour. We could not be happier with the level of service and quality of food we received.

Ted Pace and his catering company are great to work with. He is passionate and devoted to his work, and he clearly wants to help make your day/event very special. Ted was so willing to work with us and our budget, and all of his help and ideas were very much appreciated. We did a buffet with Brandywine Catering, and the guests were impressed with all of it! The cocktail hour foods and buffet foods were absolutely wonderful! My guests are still talking about it, which is great considering most brides' fear of having regular, plain wedding food. Not only was the food great, but the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was on point. The servers, bartender, chef, and staff manager were all smiling and were always there to make sure anyone had whatever they needed. We were not originally going to use a catering company, but we are so glad we did and very happy with our decision to use Brandywine Catering. The quality of food, service, and expertise just could not be beat!
