Love this local gem. The service is impeccable and we were greeted so kindly. The food is excellent and came out quickly. Brandywine Prime is a first class operation. We are lucky to have this place nearby. The only drawbacks were that we were seated upstairs where the ground is shaky. Every time people or the waiters were walking around, it felt like a train was coming. There is no elevator and with a bad knee, it was a little struggle. Also, it was super noisy with loud patrons and kids running around. It's definitely fine dining — patrons should more considerate of others. It is not a cheap meal so you want a nice experience. But still, overall, I will return without hesitation! Been going for years!!

Have eaten here a few times. It's hit or miss- which shouldnt be bc you're paying $70 for a steak. Tonight was good. Our bill was $186. We each had one glass of wine with our meal. I'm just not overly impressed.

We enjoyed another fine meal at our favorite suburban steakhouse. Wellington Wednesday's are a hit and we certainly liked Brandywine's take on this classic, with lots of local mushrooms. Delicious butter cake provided a decadent finish and Carmine's service was friendly and professional as always.

Everything was excellent. Our server Michael was attentive and funny. Owner Michael makes you feel welcome every time. Food was wonderful- every bite.

Our Server Craig was outstanding. Overall, the different foods we had were very good. The cocktails were very good. However, we ordered steak as the main dish. We both ordered the large ribeye. The steak was cooked as ordered and tasted good but there was a large amount of waste. My wife ordered blue cheese sauce on the side but her steak was slathered in the sauce. So for 70$ a steak, I expected better. Overall good however.

One of the few real restaurants left. Great food, but prices are slightly higher. The range was between $20 for pasta dishes to $125 for a 14oz. Wagyu beef steak. Which I might add was delicious and perfectly done medium. The atmosphere is not quite what I like, a little to much saloon style. But that being said, it shouldn't be about that to much anyhow. It's about the food. ?‍?

I found this restaurant to be a very pushy and snobbish restaurant we had a party of 8 and we were in the bar area the waitress came over at least two, three times asking if we were ready to eat before the whole party had arrived we told her 2 more people were coming but we’re stuck in traffic but we had to order food if we wanted to stay in that area, if you move to a table you have to order from the dinner menu only which is much more expensive than the finger foods we were looking for ( we were all going to an event nearby that entailed a lot of walking) I ordered the crab dip it was ok it had a lot of sherry or something in it that hid the flavor of the crab , there was also a very un-fresh seafood smell in the restaurant. If your into overpriced mediocre food and snobby people everywhere you look this place is for you

Parking: When I arrived there were plenty of empty spots, but whenever we all left the valets had cars parked in unauthorized spots and had the cars packed in like sardines I had to squeeze into my car holding the door so it wouldn’t hit the car in the spot ( that wasn’t a spot ) next to me I was on the very end .

Overpriced for the quality of the food and service. We went on a Saturday night. It was not very crowded but they sat people very close to one another. They put a table of twelve people next to us when the restaurant was fairly empty. There was nothing about the meal or service that warranted a $100 a person. We will not be back.

Every single item on the menu is delicious and perfect every time. The parmesan truffle fries, citrus king salmon, filet mignon, ribeye, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, flatbread, mushroom tart, mushroom ravioli, and steak frites are some of the items I order most often. The Italian pear martini is amazing, but you won’t go wrong with anything you order. All of the desserts are amazing, the pastries are all handmade (the strawberry pie is my favorite). Service is top notch, it’s a great atmosphere, and there are always very friendly people also dining there for great conversations! This is the only restaurant I go to when I don’t cook at home.

What a lovely dinner option! We visited during restaurant week, and their special menu was fabulous. Our party of four had filet mignon, steak au poivre, salmon, and mushroom pasta ... Portions were perfect, and all of the dishes were delicious! The grilled salad was a delight, and the desserts were also great. This venue has a lovely upscale yet rustic feel. Very comfortable! Highly recommend the "Respect Your Elders" cocktail. The service was wonderful, and we very much enjoyed our entire experience.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday and had a great dining experience. Sitting upstairs was so nice because it was quiet and allowed for comfortable conversation with our 6 guests. Our server was wonderful and he was very attentive to every detail. He surprised our daughter with a special dessert too. The food was top notch, as has always been our experience at BP. Overall a wonderful evening.

A reunion dinner for 7 Geezers. Bluepoint oysters were outstanding. Service was great. Noise level made for challenging conversation, but most importantly, the steaks were no more than average. When you order a charred rare, bone-in prime NY Strip, you expect it to be at least Very Good. It was Fair, at best. Over-cooked, and with little flavor. The creamed spinach was excellent and a couple ladies liked their crabcakes. But it's billed as a steakhouse and why we selected it. $750 later, we were mostly disappointed. That said, the bartender does shake a fine martini.

We were so excited to try a new place during restaurant week, unfortunately the upon finding out we were there for at event our server turned rude and almost ruined our evening - he was abrupt, took food before we were finished, interrupted us while speaking. We did bring it to his attention and he just decided to get worse, we will never return to this restaurant because of the way he made us feel. The ravioli and filet were perfection, the short ribs were fatty and lacked flavor. Appetizers, soup, salads and Drinks were amazing!!! All in all we made the best of our girls night out.
