We love this place and tonight did not disappoint. We always stop to see Alex for cocktails before dinner and he is always delightful and makes great drinks. Jerry was our waiter, and he was outstanding. Great sense of humor. The food was great. My spouse had an amazing filet mignon. I had the short ribs. Wow! Love the ambiance too. Everyone is super friendly. Great food and great atmosphere.

Absolutely terrible experience. “Complimentary valet”. - I guess you get what you pay for. I pulled up in front of the valet stand and waited. The valet guys were running back-and-forth and taking cars as they pulled up not in front of the stand, so I had to wait for three people who came in after me to be parked before my car could be parked. We arrived about 6 PM. Sat immediately and ordered an appetizer and three steaks and three sides. Appetizer came out about 6:15. At about 7:15 we were losing patience, and our server claimed that our initial steaks were cooked in properly and that he was having the kitchen fire and all would be out. What came to the table were two steaks cooked rarer than we ordered, and one steak that was so rare as to render it in edible. The server forgot one of the ordered sides. He then claimed that that side, french fries, had not been cooked correctly either. At this point it's about 730. We ask for the basically raw steak to be removed from the bill and please just close out the tab because this is just not getting better. We were charged for the french fries that were late to the table. We were offered no comps of any kind for the long wait and the difficult service. It was extremely disappointing based on the positive reviews. We've read about this spot. Then we left – and don't even get me started on the complementary valet. I asked the gentleman to get my car. I pointed to it. It's right there. He then proceeded to get someone else's car, come back to the stand and start shuffling keys. I had to ask again can you please get my car. At which point I got a surly look and a statement about insurance. None of which really impressed me when I've had such a bad experience inside and all I wanted to do was go home. This restaurant is way too expensive for such absolutely terrible service. I am wildly disappointed, and would never recommend anyone consider this restaurant.

We had the restaurant menu for dinner. It was the best menu of all the restaurants I researched. Food was delicious. Sarah ,our waitress was great. We will return for dinner with out restaurant week prices. Special occasions. It's a bit pricey. But worth it.

The waitress did not give me a steak knife. They didn't give me mashed potatoes as that was included. They didn't offer more bread They didn't ask how the food was.

I've wanted to try Brandywine Prime for some time and had high hopes. Our server was great. Very knowledgeable about the menu and very personable. However the food was just ok especially for the cost. The food was very overpriced, serving sizes were good. There was a nice bar. I may try happy hour there.

I've said it before and will say it again. Never a bad experience and I put Brandywine Prime up there with steak houses in the city. The octopus app was fantastic and out steaks were very tasty and cooked as well ordered. Drinks - top notch and desert was great as well!
Everything was perfect! Excellent service, excellent food. You'll get your steak exactly cooked as expected. Looking forward to going back again soon.

The bartender was incredibly rude. He ignored us and then told us he'd get to us when he could. We left the bar and went to our table. The food was very mediocre for the prices they charge. they also nickel and dimed us. Someone was charged for fancy olives she neither ordered or received. We were charged for splitting a $14 salad. Dinner also took way too long, even for a large group. We eat out 3-4 times a week and it never took this long.

Looking for a good steak place and was pleased to find Brandywine Prime. Wife and I came here on a Tuesday night and got a table no problems. Would recommend getting a reservation towards the weekend. We each ordered a mid priced steak and was not disappointed. Extremely flavorful and tender. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Great place for a date. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Will go back again next time we are in the area.

Excellent service and meal , the Coffee Rub Sirloin was one of my favorite steaks. Was cooked perfectly , sides were great. Will be planning a visit back soon. Sadly they will not be able to improve on last night's meal 10/10
