Worst meal I ever had!! I got chicken (thigh) was suppose to be chicken BREAST, was suppose to be filled (stuffed) with cheese and prosciutto. It wasn’t filled with nothing but salty greasy something (butter sauce) and two slivers of mushrooms. It was so dry I could hardly swallow it. It was cold, everything was cold!!!! Then I thought they could l rectify themselves with pumpkin bread pudding. I never thought anyone could screw up dessert welp they did. It was like eating soggy stuffing with a bittery taste of pumpkin. It was HORRIBLE!! Although I got my meal for free I still will never return!!!!! They should have paid me for trying their over cooked chicken thigh, cold potato’s and pasta and disgusting disgusting pumpkin bread pudding!! I’m still in disbelief that they served me chicken thigh with over cooked with no cheese or prosciutto!!! Get it together Carrabas I’m West Chester! At least wow someone with dessert!

Wish I could say better things about this place but it was quite a fail. Our waitress took about 20 minutes to come ask us what we wanted to drink. She never came back for any orders so after waiting 10 minutes for our drink we decided to put all our appetizer and dinner options. It took about 45 minutes to get my entree. I kept asking everyone about my food and nobody would give me a clear answer. I never expected to sit at a restaurant for over 2 hours for a quick meal. This place is just not it. Their customer service was more than extremely disappointing. The manager also didn’t seem to have much regard on anything that was happening. Was the food worth 2+ hours of wait ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Service was extremely slow, took us an hour to get our food when they only had 5 tables at most on a Sunday night. Extremely over priced & was suppose to get a free appetizer. Bill was $80 and sucked, should've went elsewhere and got filet mignon for same

Food was delicious especially soups. Good selection of entrees. The $10 take home meal is well worth it.

We have been to other Carrabba's, this one is the best. They make everything but the desert in house such as sauces, stuffed mushroom and cheese sticks even the seasonings for the oil for the bread on site, you can taste the differences. The food is so tasty, we consider it the best in the area. The service is wonderful and the owner is very friendly. Highly recommended!

We waited about 10 mins before anyone took even a drink order and there was only 2-3 people in restaurant.Once the waitress started to help us she was very nice and attentive.Food was great and the $10 take home entree offer is wonderful! We will enjoy our second meal today.

I really expected more. I realize that everyone is shorthanded. When I see people who came in 15 minutes after me getting food I wonder. Then I requested no mushrooms on my entree. The server got it right, the kitchen blew it. I wasn't going to send the food back. Server showed me the slip. He was worried he got it wrong.Out gift card didn't work. Which was odd.The fire alarm went off while we were there. Strobes fired once and it shut off. Alarm panel showed a fault when we left.Just disappointed.

I ordered the Pollo Rosa Maria. They forgot the prosciutto and the cheese. They made me another one and forgot it again. The second time. terrible terrible management would never recommend this place. It was dead and we waited 45 minutes for our food. I didn’t even get to eat my food with my family. I had to take it home by the time my food came. Everybody was eating dessert.

My wife, son, and I went for Mother's Day. Imagine - plenty of open seats and no waiting on Mother's Day - we sat with foreboding, knowing we may be getting ourselves into trouble. We love calamari - we order it in every Italian restaurant we visit. This was the first time in 26 years that at least 1/3 of a plate of calamari was left unfinished. The batter was shockingly salty. You can see the pepper, but it's the salt that hits like a brick. My son ordered the Linguine Positano with chicken. The sauce was salty but otherwise bland... tomatoes and salt, that's all you could taste. He's a 17 y/o, usually eats everything in sight, but he left 3/4 of it to be pitched in the trash. My wife ordered spaghetti pomodoro with meatballs, and again it was way over-salted. She typically loves pomodoro, but left over 1/2 of the dish uneaten. She's overly polite and took a box so as not to suggest that she didn't like it. It'll be thrown out tomorrow. I couldn't find much enticing on the menu, so I went big and ordered a filet with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. The broccoli was fine. The filet was bland. I was surprised to find it wasn't too salty (like everything else), but it was a rather tasteless hunk of meat. I ended up leaving half of my $30 steak sitting on the plate because there was nothing appealing about it. In the end, it was a $100 bill for 3 of us, and at least half of the food went in the trash because it was unsatisfactory. We won't be going back, that's for sure.
