We were were running errands today and decided to hit up Concord Steaks in Chadds Ford, Pa. Per usual when we see a lil chirp about a place, we wanna dive in.Cute place, very clean. Staff is super friendly. Philly and Eagles super fans so thats an automatic point like spelling your name right on the SAT's. ?We ordered an 8" small cheesteak xtra cheese. I got mushrooms on the side per usual when I share with Mr. Grubber.Here's how it how it played out.Liscios Roll so soft and delish...no seeded rolls here- they are Liscios loyal. The roll was glossy soft goodness . The steak flavoring was pretty delish. Cheese per bite was spot on. Side of mushrooms not so great- no seasoning nor were they cooked- tasted like they were plopped outta the can.Final thoughts- for a cute lil shop with a can do attitude, they are still maybe figuring it out. More concentration on fresh ingredients and skip the frozen steaks, switch to fresh rib eye.We paid $9.99 for the 8" with mushroom on sides- so for a decent cheesteak we were'nt disappointed. However, we were baffled due to the amazing flavor of the steak- wasting it on anything but fresh shaved steak this place has such potential, I hope they step it up on the fresh part. Keeping an eye on this one....for now it's a 4 outta 10 for us. Will check back in a month to check in on changing to fresher ingredients...

Staff was extremely friendly and it took no time at all for my order to be completed (about 12 minutes). All around a nice place.

This place was the best, looked forward everytime I came here, I don't know what happened but it's edible now. Cost like $25.00 for 2 large hogies, WAWA has these guys beat. It's really, really sad I couldent finish eating I was so mad and disappointed in the drastic change.

I went here a few times and the last few times I could tell they had fallen on hard times. Food was not fresh (wings in particular were old and nasty) and hoagies had not fresh lettuce, tomatoes, etc. So haven't been back. It's been awhile since I've been there.

A main stay for years no matter who owns what the food is always the tops. Purple people eater til now a great place for pizza as well as a chicken cheese steak or even a salad. It's nice to see some things don't change. That time has kept the taste the same as perpetual motion a very linear thing.
