Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We are long time Firebirds lovers. Something was very off this time. Food was not the usual.

Lobster queso app was the incentive to visit and was well worth it! Our waitress was excellent and food was perfectly done

Courteous and helpful hostess. Excellent server named Samantha. Good food, tasty and temperature appropriate.

Everything here is great. Our steak was cooked perfectly. Love the flavor. I usually order the smaller filet because I have a smaller appetite but there is enough variety to please everyone. Sides are great too. I recommend the au gratin potatoes.

Overall evening was wonderful. The only downside was we asked to see the last 15 minutes of the Phillies game and was basically ignored by the bartender. However the manager came over and let us use his phone to watch the Phillies. So all was good.

They have the best ribs, fall off the bone, meaty, love them! Also, love the steak salad, ahi tuna salad , everything is very good!

I am a frequent flyer at Firebirds - always good food & service. This is the first time i witnessed the bathroom being so unkept - unfortunately it looked as though it had been neglected for a bit. With that said, it won't deter me from returning as I must have been there 30-40 times and have never seen this before .... unless it continues.

I rank this place with some of the better steakhouses in the area. It's almost an unknown jewel.  The service and food are impeccable

Ordered curbside. The link was expired when I arrived. So much for that. Went inside, no one in sight to ask about my order. Saw it sitting on a counter, so took it. The Cobb with chicken looks NOTHING like the photo online. Its small for the price. Mostly iceberg, tiny chunks of cold chicken, a smidge of bacon for the price. Never again, Firebirds.

Food was pretty good. Enjoyed the steak but hated the abhorrent price increases if you wanted to order through door dash or delivery platforms.

Food was over charred. They need to turn down the grill or something. Food would have been good, but the char was too overwhelming for our family.

Our food was good but service was fair to poor. Our greeter and our server seemed stressed and annoyed; both seemed like they did not want to be there!

Good food, nice ambiance and a good waiter. The perfect recipe for a night out of good clean fun.

Great night and great food! I have to say the shining star was easily the wings. 15/10 good on those wings! Really fresh, hot, and crunchy. Good flavor over all in everything and the burger was very good also.
