Was there last night. Not our first time. Not crazy about the cafeteria ordering and having to go and order but anyway when we went to the bakery to order there were 2 employees talking and see us standing there but continue talking. I kinda felt she could of come over quicker but I let it go. We ordered the Chicken Parm and it was different than what I'm used to having but pretty good. We finished our dinner and decided to go and get some Cinnamon buns and the same thing happened again with getting the girl to take our orders. Overall it's a nice place and I'll be back but don't care for the way the girl kept me waiting to take my order.

Really tasty food off the beaten path. Stopped in for a family lunch while passing through. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

I went here expecting the same deliciously made good as before...met a couple men for breakfast and ordered an omelet which I asked ahead of time about the eggs ...this "I don't know what to call it" came out on a plate and I had one bit of and was done first off they use precooked egg slab things!!!??? No idea what it was but it tasted looked and just horrible all around...then I opened my veggie omelet thing!!!?? It was a handful of barely cooked vegetables drenched in some kinda oil....NO FLAVOR NO STYLE WORSE THAN POOR PRODUCT HERE!! What happened to this place !!?? Wow if I could give minus 5 stars I would sad story here...don't bother going they put no effort let alone soul into anything I saw there ....bad!!!

What a gem! Found this wonderful place completely on the fly. We had booked a place to stay in Ohiopyle only to discover none of the food opens were open (off season). Went for a little drive and stopped here. The place is cute, clean and welcoming. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious.Back to add this: We got a bag of 4 pepperoni rolls to eat later. I give them 6 stars! Perfect amount of cheese (as in to to much), fantastic pepperoni, and the bread has just a hint of sweetness. Perfectly balanced flavor.

We stopped here on a recent road trip in the winter and they were one of the only open restaurants in the area. They have a wide variety on the menu which was perfect for us and have both grill items and bakery items. The bakery items looked great! I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. The food came out in about 10 min which was great given that it was made fresh. I would have like a bit more seasoning on the chicken but overall it was very good and the fries were good. I would come again next time we are passing through. The service staff were nice and helpful, would recommend anyone to try. The restaurant is large and has a hometown feel. You order at the front and then seat yourself.

I prefer their breakfast service, but they have a lot of variety on the menu for lunch and dinner too. Their breakfast specials are always amazing - french toast made from their homemade bread is an ultimate favorite. You can't go wrong with a pancake either - they are huge, so one is plenty! And their homemade jams pair nicely with the homemade bread. My mom ordered the butternut squash soup, which quickly became a favorite of mine although not something I would normally order for myself, so glad she got it. I don't usually have room for dessert, but people rave about their bakery items. The cinnamon rolls look fabulous!

covered in snow, no heat, no power in ohiopyle, Toot wander in out of the cold, eyes froze and melt on hot black coffee strong. let Toot tell you when you drop on get them home fries potatoes or potato as it's one whole fried spud, salty ham and perfect cooked eggs...take it a look outside it's snowing mama but I'm here hidden from the cold, belly filled up right.

We were in town overnight and staying just down the street. We picked Maywood Grill based on reviews here and were not disappointed. The person who took our order was extremely friendly and helpful guiding us to great choices. The dining room was clean with several different seating options for different size groups. In all areas, it is evident that every detail is attended to here. My wife had the regular grilled cheese with tomato soup and I had the ultimate grilled cheese with tomato soup. The sandwiches were both amazing and the soup was, to quote my wife "the best I've ever had." We don't usually enjoy a simple meal as much as we did this one. We were happy with everything about our experience here and would heartily recommend the Maywood Grill to anyone in the area.

What a spectacular restaurant. Their online ordering system is modern and easy to use. Every item I have ever ordered, no matter how simple or how complicated, is delicious, fresh, and filling. Maywood Grill is a treasure.

Best diner/cafe food I've had in ages. We had the burger and fries and the homemade pulled pork with hand battered onion rings. Both were amazing. Generous portions and everything was from scratch. Save room for the multitude of sweet offerings at the bakery counter. We shared big cookies. The oatmeal raisin cookie is a meal. Place your order at the bakery counter and take a table and your food is brought to you by friendly wait staff. Good coffee. We've bookmarked this place in Google maps and will be back!
