“I can't say enough good things about this place. Shower for my niece was one of three events hosted plus reg business hours on this special day. Would have never know three events and all lodging options were booked on this day. Such a peaceful, simple, relaxing place. Shower hosted in the Estate room was perfect. Room is perfect so no or very little decorating us necessary. Relatives rented the house on property and it's historic, charming, and well kept. Manager, Scott, was easy going and great to work with, as was all staff. Stop for a bite to eat, enjoy a glass of wine, stay the night, or rent the venue, or all 4! EVERYTHING is fantastic!”

Every bite had that homemade, down-south flavor that hits different. The mac and cheese was creamy, rich, and paired perfectly with the chicken — no shortcuts here. My wife ordered the smoked bacon mac and cheeseburger, and wow… that thing was stacked! Juicy burger, smoky bacon, and that mac and cheese on top just took it to another level. It’s one of those meals you talk about long after you leave. You can tell this place takes pride in their food — everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Even though we were just visiting, this spot made a lasting impression. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Pappy’s is a must-stop if you’re craving real-deal comfort food! 🍗🍔💯”

“WHAT A GEM!! We ate there this morning and were blown away by the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm, inviting space filled with beautiful plants that gave the café such a cozy, refreshing vibe. The food? Incredible! Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. It’s honestly some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. And the service… top-notch! Friendly, attentive, and genuine. It made the whole experience even better. We already can’t wait to go back!!”

Definitely will be a regular customer. They were able to accommodate a large group of us (12). Our server Stephanie was wonderful and attentive !!! The new owners introduced themselves and it was an amazing atmosphere full of people laughing and smiling. Great things are happening at Meloni’s.”

“We got 6 chili cheese dogs, 3 large fries, and a basket of chicken strips. My husband and I loved the chili cheese dogs and omg they are so filling! They were busy, but still very friendly! The fries are awesome. Easily one of my favorite restaurant's fries I've tried in Uniontown. Perfectly crispy but still soft inside. Money well spent! I added photos of the menu, they have a lot more than what is featured here!”

“Gusto at Nemacolin was truly a treat. The Branzino was prepared to perfection, accompanied by an abundance of broccolini and potatoes that were simply divine.

I went primarily for the Caesar salad, and while it was delicious, I thought the portion could have been a little more generous given the price. My guest ordered the rigatoni Bolognese and was not disappointed.

Overall, Gusto offers a truly unique dining experience. And a thoughtful touch: because the restaurant can be quite chilly, diners are offered cashmere throws for added comfort.”

“I love this bar. I’ve visited for years, since I moved to the area. It’s a quick lunch spot and a great place for late night refreshments. And the soups!!!! The patio was a beautiful addition that I have really enjoyed the past few summers. This year’s addition of palms and tiki umbrellas has created an even more relaxing environment. All of the employees are incredibly friendly and quickly get to know you. It’s welcoming. Also, I feel safe going here alone. The owners are generous in supporting their local community and neighbors. They have helped me on multiple occasions host fundraisers for various charities I am involved with or they have made donations. Truly a locally owned small business/gem of Dunbar that you should try. If you’re new to the area, you just might make new friends. If you’re stopping through, you’ll be welcomed. I almost forgot, this is my favorite place to feel the holiday spirit. Halloween is an event and Christmas is a popup bar/holiday vibe. Seriously, the inside is covered in Christmas lights. Multicolored. You’ll love it.”

“Stopped by for a weekday lunch after visiting Fallingwater and ordered the Tavern special burger and fries (normally $15.95, for $12.50). The service was great and our waitress was very nice. The burger was a large patty and was better flavored than my normal Whole Food Neiman ranch patties. It came with lots of nicely prepared fries all the fix-ens. Nice atmosphere.”

“Its hard to rank this place because they had some really good points and some not so good.
First of all Extremely hot in there. I know its hot out but there was no air flow at all. Which makes our waitress miserable Im sure. She gave excellent sevice but her attitude wasnt the best. Again Im sure it was due to heat. Food, Guacamole was outstanding. My daughters meal was delicious. Mine was good. I had the shredded beef chimi and the meat was hard to chew and die to my preference, I like my tortilla more fried on a fried chimi. I would definitely go back and give them another try. The weather did not help the situation so I look forward to stopping again while in Uniontown.”
