Ok I was working a-few Saturdays ago, and out of no where I got hungry for some good BBQ,, so I called big mikes hoping they where open,, and to my surprise they was!! With it being winter and all I was so happy!!! I recommend to anyone to go there!!! Love their brisket sandwich and coleslaw!!! Make sure you get the bbq sauce!!!!
Do not sleep on this place! I pass the sign on 119 and often wonder if they are open or not. Well, we finally got the chance to find out this past Saturday. Great food and amazing sweet tea. Follow the smell of the smoke from 119 back into the hollow, and find some of the best bbq around. We had a little bit of everything to give it an honest try and we were not disappointed. I honestly slept on you guys. my first experience years ago was not bad or good. Today a friend got me a pulled pork 6inch and it was beyond amazing. No sauce needed. It was so good. Cole slaw flavor and texture was on point. Cant wait till next week to get more.
