“Service was great! The coffee was on par with other Mom and Pop coffee shops, but the maple walnut coffee cake was divine. Really excellent location also, very savvy to build it on the corner in the Laurel Caverns vicinity. I would imagine it would be a popular hangout place for youngsters around those parts. Cozy seating and clean restrooms also. A hidden gem!”

“Everything about this place deserves a 5 star rating: the food is incredible, the service is friendly and personable, the atmosphere is lovely, the little cat that hangs around is even adorable. My partner and I were doing a weekend trip to hike and relax and this was the perfect spot to end on trip on a Sunday. It's not common to see London Fog Lattes on any menu, so I have to try one when I do, and this was one of the best I've ever had. If you're a tea lover, I highly suggest trying it. The Bird and the Angry Bird were both amazing, you can taste the quality in the food and the coleslaw is a must. I can't say enough about this place, everything they're about is positive. We were too full to try a smoothie, so we've decided that's just another reason to return soon.”

“No green tea but i had my own. The waitress didnt have any vofffee cups so she sanitized her private cup and brought me hot water. Very kind of her. Otherwise, the food is a thee. The beef hoagie was tooo dry and the onion rings, although excellent tasking were greasy.”

“Friendly place. Had a weird unusual night not too long ago and the bartender stoop up for me. It started out like any other night. I’m pretty new to the area. Everyone was friendly and protective of their friends and regulars. The one patron needless to say is now banned from there. Thank you Johnny for everything! I’ll be there again soon!. “Had dinner tonight that was comped so first off free dinner gets a thumbs up. Had the pierogi appetizer that was terrible. House salad was pretty good. For the main course i had a tbone steak with rice. Steak was pretty good just very fatty. The rice was absolutely terrible. The desert was really good!!!! Some kind of lemon cake that was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. Also our waitress was extremely nice. Service was 5 stars.”

I have been craving it so much, that we are most definitely going back for more. The staff was really awesome and very nice. And our ? sandwiches came with some really good ? french fries as well. “Stopped here as a part of the Laurel Highlands Pour Tour. There was an event happening that day so parking was at a premium. The grounds are nice offering a covered deck, vast grassy areas to sit or walk around and a lake that you can sit by. The tasting room has tables that you can sit inside as well. They offer 4 free samples. They have a wide variety of wines to choose from. They offer meat and cheese plates and crackers for purchase as well. The tasting room employees were friendly and attentive even though they were quite busy. The tasting room also has a lot of wine themed items for purchase.”

“They had pumpkin coffee options in April! I was so happy! Got a large Pumpkin Cake Ice Coffee and it was delicious! They even have an XL ice coffee size you can get! Also had their banana pudding it was heavenly ? sweet ladies and very nice place!”

“What a gem! Found this wonderful place completely on the fly. We had booked a place to stay in Ohiopyle only to discover none of the food opens were open (off season). Went for a little drive and stopped here. The place is cute, clean and welcoming. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious.Back to add this: We got a bag of 4 pepperoni rolls to eat later. I give them 6 stars! Perfect amount of cheese (as in to to much), fantastic pepperoni, and the bread has just a hint of sweetness. Perfectly balanced flavor.”

“I’d like to give feedback because I would like to see this business thrive. So it’s not a bad review just constructive criticism. When I went into the shop it has a wonderful atmosphere cute and clean. The lady that was taking orders was very nice and friendly and warm. But there were only two people working. The other girl was a little behind and fighting with the lady taking orders. It was very crowded and EVERYONE heard her fighting with the lady making it very awkward for all the customers in there. It was very uncomfortable. I understand that lady was doing the orders all by herself but that was not handled in a professional manner. If this coffee shop is gonna thrive that should probably be addressed.However, what I ordered was very good! The only thing I recommend here is if you have tapioca balls in your drinks that you have a special straw for them. Not only did I wait about 20 mins for my tea but I couldn’t drink it fully because it kept getting stuck on the tapioca.I hope next time I come to visit these slight problems are fixed.”

“Just had a fantastic meal tonight at The Hopwood House! The scallop appetizer was amazing!!! I also had a Caesar salad and the Salmon - also very good. My husband had a house salad and the rigatoni with stuffed meatball and loved them! Highly recommend that you all check out this restaurant!”

“I have always wanted to stop here on Route 40, on way from DC to Columbus, in the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Looked inviting and I thought they might have good pies and this was confirmed. They are made by their other family operation Ohiopyle Bakery. Unique interesting place with friendly service. She made a great recommendation: Caramel Apple pie. One of the best ever. All their pies are appealing with artistic crusts. My pie crust was perfect in texture and had wonderful flavor. Apples not overcooked, the right size slices, and caramel flavor great without being too sweet. Need to go back to DC soon so I can get another and also try their pizza pie. Fall foliage starting to look good in that area now.”

“Hopwood Social Hall is owned by the Hopwood Volunteer Fire Department and has a contract with Myers Catering to do any event that is booked. The social hall had received a face lift years ago and is nice for large parties or weddings. Myers does a wonderful job on decor for those events and does have a large menu to choose from for your food options. The fire department hosts multiple events during the week like bingo.Parking: Parking lots on both sides of building.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to enter building or inside building and has multiple handicap parking spaces.”

“Diverse flavors, big portions, outdoor tables. They can split one scoop into 2 flavors so a good option to try a few flavors if you can't decide. Moosetracks and cherry was great, Superman wasn't that great.”

“Best ribs in uniontown easily. Quick food even for just walking in (for smaller orders)I recommend buying extra sauce though. I understand why they don't put a lot on it though, I'm sure it's not cheap. Not a big deal though”

“Great little pizza shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were visiting the area and didn't really know what we wanted. The staff was very kind and patient, and even told us about deals that were going on, which was cool and saved us money. The food was delicious. We got Wedgies, which are basically calzones, but better for some reason. I think it was because of the crust ingredients. It was like a gyro and calzone mix, very good. At least the chicken one was. I also got their potato wedges, which were good. They weren't over seasoned and they were the perfect amount of crunchy yet soft. Plenty of parking and space to maneuver in the parking lot of this business strip mall area. I'd definitely go back.Parking: Nice parking area. Plenty of room and spaces.”
