“I have always wanted to stop here on Route 40, on way from DC to Columbus, in the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Looked inviting and I thought they might have good pies and this was confirmed. They are made by their other family operation Ohiopyle Bakery. Unique interesting place with friendly service. She made a great recommendation: Caramel Apple pie. One of the best ever. All their pies are appealing with artistic crusts. My pie crust was perfect in texture and had wonderful flavor. Apples not overcooked, the right size slices, and caramel flavor great without being too sweet. Need to go back to DC soon so I can get another and also try their pizza pie. Fall foliage starting to look good in that area now.”

“Hole in the wall dining at it's finest. The pulled pork is saucy and delicious, the brisket is fabulous. It is a side of the road stop which is well worth it. But get there early as word is getting out and he sells out fast.Wheelchair accessibility: This is outdoor dining.”

Prices are very good, while all other restraunts are raising prices like crazy Curt has not, and it is understandable if you have to wait a little some times if you can't get enough help, believe me it's worth the wait.”

“Service was great! The coffee was on par with other Mom and Pop coffee shops, but the maple walnut coffee cake was divine. Really excellent location also, very savvy to build it on the corner in the Laurel Caverns vicinity. I would imagine it would be a popular hangout place for youngsters around those parts. “Hidden gem in northern Accident, just 15 mins from Deep Creek. They offer 7 different ciders and you can do tastings of however many you like and purchase bottles of cider, snacks, and bring some of your own food to enjoy on site. The area has plenty of parking, plenty of outdoor covered and open seating, and fire pits for cooler months. My favorite cider was the town namesake, Accident, for its bright lemony finish.”

“Really nice people that work there, and pretty nice customers too. We’ve gotten to know some of “the regulars” from our once-weekly visits. Great Wings, fries, and assorted sandwiches. Good atmosphere, lots of laughs, and on weekends an occasional band for entertainment. My favorite place to relax, and it could be your favorite place to relax too. I highly recommend it.”

“Everything about this place deserves a 5 star rating: the food is incredible, the service is friendly and personable, the atmosphere is lovely, the little cat that hangs around is even adorable. My partner and I were doing a weekend trip to hike and relax and this was the perfect spot to end on trip on a Sunday. It's not common to see London Fog Lattes on any menu, so I have to try one when I do, and this was one of the best I've ever had. If you're a tea lover, I highly suggest trying it. The Bird and the Angry Bird were both amazing, you can taste the quality in the food and the coleslaw is a must. I can't say enough about this place, everything they're about is positive. We were too full to try a smoothie, so we've decided that's just another reason to return soon.”

“This is the mid range priced restaurant at Nemacolin. Service was efficient. Grilled salad was not grilled...just lightly torched and very cold. Otherwise our meals were good. Ambience is lovely and Falling Rock Hotel is beautiful.”

“The bakery is conveniently located on the main road of the small town Accident. We dropped by to order some coffee, donuts and cinnamon roll. They are very good. Then we decided to add two slice of cheese cake. Then we decided to buy bread. Everything looks fresh and tasty. Staff is super friendly.”

“I’d like to give feedback because I would like to see this business thrive. So it’s not a bad review just constructive criticism. When I went into the shop it has a wonderful atmosphere cute and clean. The lady that was taking orders was very nice and friendly and warm. But there were only two people working. The other girl was a little behind and fighting with the lady taking orders. It was very crowded and EVERYONE heard her fighting with the lady making it very awkward for all the customers in there. It was very uncomfortable. I understand that lady was doing the orders all by herself but that was not handled in a professional manner. If this coffee shop is gonna thrive that should probably be addressed.However, what I ordered was very good! The only thing I recommend here is if you have tapioca balls in your drinks that you have a special straw for them. Not only did I wait about 20 mins for my tea but I couldn’t drink it fully because it kept getting stuck on the tapioca.I hope next time I come to visit these slight problems are fixed.”

“We enjoyed a late dinner here on our way to Falling water. We were on a motorcycle but there seemed to be plenty of places to park.Parking: We parked right up front on our motorcycle.”

“This is my go to bar in the ohiopyle/confluence area. With a decent booze selection, good bar food, and great music this is easily the best bar in the area. The Kevins (Jr and Sr) are welcoming and kind and have a good thing going.”

“Friendly place. Had a weird unusual night not too long ago and the bartender stoop up for me. It started out like any other night. I’m pretty new to the area. Everyone was friendly and protective of their friends and regulars. The one patron needless to say is now banned from there. Thank you Johnny for everything! I’ll be there again soon!. “Friendly counter service, pizzas came out fast (3 14 inches for 6 people as we had been hiking since early morning). Mixed reviews on the pizza, some loved it and others felt their pizza crust was a bit undercooked. All the ingredients seemed fresh. The building is neat looking and in a nice location. The tables all clean. Fountain drinks. We are just sad we were too full to try the ice cream sandwiches on fresh cookies.”

“This a very cute store/restaurant. The breakfast sandwich was good, they made it fresh to order. The coffee was just ok. In the evening we came back for ice cream. The peanut butter overload. Is the treat everyone needs in their lives! Nothing like a frozen treat while taking in the sites of a rushing river. They sell some really nice merchandise inside. I still regret not purchasing a hat. I guess I will have to next time.Parking: Street parking and the park offers a large lot.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of fun food for kids.”

“Had dinner tonight that was comped so first off free dinner gets a thumbs up. Had the pierogi appetizer that was terrible. House salad was pretty good. For the main course i had a tbone steak with rice. Steak was pretty good just very fatty. The rice was absolutely terrible. The desert was really good!!!! Some kind of lemon cake that was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. Also our waitress was extremely nice. Service was 5 stars.”
