Gusto at Nemacolin was truly a treat. The Branzino was prepared to perfection, accompanied by an abundance of broccolini and potatoes that were simply divine.
I went primarily for the Caesar salad, and while it was delicious, I thought the portion could have been a little more generous given the price. My guest ordered the rigatoni Bolognese and was not disappointed.

It’s a beautiful setting and a newly renovated Italian restaurant at Nemacolin Resort. The menu is fresh With unusual offerings Not found elsewhere. My husband had a Caesar salad, which was outstanding , and I had the beet panzella salad with Gorgonzola and yogurt , by far the best I have ever had. Gusto! is a standout restaurant at the Nemacolin Resort, known for its beautiful and phenomenal food. The menu features outstanding dishes like the Shrimp and Lemon Bucatini pasta, widely considered the best pasta, along with bolognese pasta, chicken parm, pinwheel lasagna, and gnocchi. The braised short ribs, brick oven pizza, calamari, and broccolini are also delicious. For dessert, the tiramisu, lemon tart, olive oil cake, and seasonal pistachio gelato are highly recommended. Meals begin with complimentary focaccia bread or whipped feta.
The service is frequently described as superb, absolutely over the top, friendly, and attentive, with staff happy to customize orders. The atmosphere and environment in the restaurant are great. While the food is pricey, it is considered worth it because everything is made fresh, perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. It is a true gem and a spot definitely worth trying for anyone staying at or visiting Nemacolin.
