Before Curt's was Glisan's. This was/is a truckstop on the National Pike (Rt. 40). There are no "pre-made" baked goods. Their dinner rolls are the size of your head, and their pies (in my opinion) are legendary! The coffee was very nice, and I asked our waitress what they used, her reply was "Maxwell House". I guess the trick is mountain water. Unless you're Anthony Bordain, you'll be more than satisfied with your dinner.
Good food good service great bakery!
This is my 2nd or 3rd time here and each time has been great. They have a great buffet which is on a certain day. I had the turkey dinner today and everything tasted really good. The rolls are some of the best we have ever had. We bought a pack on our way out. Definitely will be back when we are in town again.
