“This is my go to bar in the ohiopyle/confluence area. With a decent booze selection, good bar food, and great music this is easily the best bar in the area. The Kevins (Jr and Sr) are welcoming and kind and have a good thing going.”

“Hidden gem in northern Accident, just 15 mins from Deep Creek. They offer 7 different ciders and you can do tastings of however many you like and purchase bottles of cider, snacks, and bring some of your own food to enjoy on site. The area has plenty of parking, plenty of outdoor covered and open seating, and fire pits for cooler months. My favorite cider was the town namesake, Accident, for its bright lemony finish.”

“I’d like to give feedback because I would like to see this business thrive. So it’s not a bad review just constructive criticism. When I went into the shop it has a wonderful atmosphere cute and clean. The lady that was taking orders was very nice and friendly and warm. But there were only two people working. The other girl was a little behind and fighting with the lady taking orders. It was very crowded and EVERYONE heard her fighting with the lady making it very awkward for all the customers in there. It was very uncomfortable. I understand that lady was doing the orders all by herself but that was not handled in a professional manner. If this coffee shop is gonna thrive that should probably be addressed.However, what I ordered was very good! The only thing I recommend here is if you have tapioca balls in your drinks that you have a special straw for them. Not only did I wait about 20 mins for my tea but I couldn’t drink it fully because it kept getting stuck on the tapioca.I hope next time I come to visit these slight problems are fixed.”

“I have always wanted to stop here on Route 40, on way from DC to Columbus, in the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Looked inviting and I thought they might have good pies and this was confirmed. They are made by their other family operation Ohiopyle Bakery. Unique interesting place with friendly service. She made a great recommendation: Caramel Apple pie. One of the best ever. All their pies are appealing with artistic crusts. My pie crust was perfect in texture and had wonderful flavor. Apples not overcooked, the right size slices, and caramel flavor great without being too sweet. Need to go back to DC soon so I can get another and also try their pizza pie. Fall foliage starting to look good in that area now.”

“Friendly counter service, pizzas came out fast (3 14 inches for 6 people as we had been hiking since early morning). Mixed reviews on the pizza, some loved it and others felt their pizza crust was a bit undercooked. All the ingredients seemed fresh. The building is neat looking and in a nice location. The tables all clean. Fountain drinks. We are just sad we were too full to try the ice cream sandwiches on fresh cookies.”

“I was in there last night with a few friends and ordered wings, steak wedgie, and fried mushrooms. Everything was absolutely delicious! The bartenders were extremely nice as well. We will definitely be returning!”

“This a very cute store/restaurant. The breakfast sandwich was good, they made it fresh to order. The coffee was just ok. In the evening we came back for ice cream. The peanut butter overload. Is the treat everyone needs in their lives! Nothing like a frozen treat while taking in the sites of a rushing river. They sell some really nice merchandise inside. I still regret not purchasing a hat. I guess I will have to next time.Parking: Street parking and the park offers a large lot.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of fun food for kids.”

“They took our order quickly. Super friendly and the food was great. Our food came out within 3 minutes of ordering. We had wraps and salads for 5 people. They were all good. Try the bean salad (side) and the fajita wrap.”

“The wife decided to commandeer the majority of the black raspberry ice cream we got here (as I write this she protests: "We *shared* it! We did!"). In her defense it really was that good. I had just made some cherry ice cream at home a week or so prior and it wasn't nearly as excellent, and I'm trying to figure out what sorcery they invoke as they churn this creamy ambrosia. I suspect xanthum gum and a dollop of flavoring, as this ice cream's raspberrosity exploded on the tongue in a firework of comestible delight. Whatever wizardry used by the ice cream company that they sell here, come here and try it - you won't be disappointed. It makes Brewster's, Baskin Robbins, and Cold Stone Creamery look like amateurs.”

“After a day of hiking in Ohiopyle we ate here because of the vegan/vegetarian options on the menu. The vegan meatloaf dinner with mashed potatoes(no butter) and broccolini were incredible. No processed vegan meat. It was made with lentils, oats and veggies with a glaze on top. It was so good my meat eating husband kept eating off of my plate. The staff were super nice. Will definitely go back!”

“Very good experience for a McDonald's, store was clean and the bathrooms were decent. I think their milkshake machine was even working though I didn't want a shake while on a road trip. Their drive thru seemed fairly busy and they had the self serve kiosks but were still helpful and willing to take an order at the counter too. Provided condiments and extra napkins when asked and was polite the whole time.”

“My husband and I have been going here for years the food and service is always good, just had the meat loaf dinner was excellent. Prices are very good, while all other restraunts are raising prices like crazy Curt has not, and it is understandable if you have to wait a little some times if you can't get enough help, believe me it's worth the wait.”
