“We ate at Arby's Wayne Avenue location. Had the new cheesesteak sandwich which was delicious. I didn't realize my small pill case fell out of my handbag. It was one I had purchased many years ago at a National Park out west. Several hours later I discovered it was missing. Two days later I was going past the same Arby's and decided to stop. We asked if anyone had found a pill case . The manager immediately said I think so! He soon gave it to me. A Big shout out to the honest person who cared enough to turn it in, and a Big Thank You to the manager for holding it till someone came for it!“
“Picked up an online order through the drive-thru tonight. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious. The employee working the window was named Heather. She was very nice and friendly. I asked for sauces and originally thought they had forgot them but it was my mistake and they had fallen out of the bag. She gave us more sauces with no problem. Thank you for a good experience!“
