“I went to this Arby's for lunch time and the order taker was very polite and eager to assist with my order. I ordered from their specialty menu and received my meal. The food was hot, but they did mess up on my order and I had to return to get the food replaced. They apologized and remade my food and it was hot and made just as I had ordered. I don't put blame on the order taker because he took my order the correct way I gave it and said it back to me. I place the blame for the order not being correct with the food maker. I hope that they're just a little more careful with making orders to avoid wasting product and also so they don't have mad customers or even worse someone being allergic to something. Other than that, I appreciate their professionalism and recovery of the situation. Please give that order taker a promotion or a raise because he was awesome the entire time. I will definitely go back again especially if he's there.“
“Had the best turkey gyro from the drive thru yesterday! Everything was fresh, the sauce was not watered down, the meat was moist, bread was not dry, veg was not old, even my onion was crisp and fresh. I don't write many reviews, but I appreciate when people CARE today. Thank you Arby's at this store for taking pride in your store, your work, the quality of your food and caring about your customers! IT SHOWS! I'll definitely drive the extra distance to come back.“
