“The #1 half-pound is supposed to have cheddar in the middle and on top of the sandwich. I subbed turkey for the beef. Ordered it hot. Confirmed at the window they made it hot, and it was cold with only cheese on top. The lady at the window was rude about the fact I ordered it hot, and still chose to give it to us cold. I'm pregnant and can't eat it cold, so I went inside.
There was a wonderful lady at the inside counter who made sure they made my sandwich the way I ordered it. Hot, and with the correct amount of cheese for the sandwich. The food was amazing once made the correct way.“
