“Either you need to require last names when you sign up on the Arby's app or you need to instruct your staff to stop asking for last names when we don't fill them out on the app in the first place. Sometimes it's a security measure.“
“Double Roast beef sandwich is big enough. Don't get the squirt of cheese, it makes the sandwich soggy.
The followup visit was not as good. The double beef sandwich was not humongous. However, I did taste the horsyradish sauce & it was very good, as a review claimed. Still love the roast beef. 😋“
