“I had an amazing experience at this particular location while traveling South from NYS. I was acknowledged immediately upon arrival. Food was fast & at the perfect temp (hot food hot, cold food cold-IYKYK). It was also the cleanest Arbys I've ever been to. All of the employees were extraordinary & gave me service with a smile! A special shout out to Sarah (sp?), for taking her time out from cleaning the dining area to chit chat with me. I'm a social person, but I know not everyone likes to converse with total strangers. She made me feel welcome & made my visit even more enjoyable. Will definitely be back on my next road trip!“
“I went to this Arby's location the other day and was absolutely enthralled with the way it was ran. I did have a mishap on my sandwich but general manager Pamela Flynn was there to make sure everything was okay. I got jalapenos and she told me not to bite and drive. I'm so thankful to go to that Arby's and have Pamela Flynn as a general manager. Arby's would be a lot better off if they had more general managers like Pamela Flynn.“
