We are newly pregnant and I’ve been craving a jersey mikes sub. I wanted a cold sub but with being pregnant you can’t eat raw meats and they advise when you eat deli meats that they are cooked and heated up. We called and asked if they could heat up the meats for a cold sub and they were able to accommodate a pregnant mamas needs! Thank you so much for the delicious sub!

Love that they have a gluten free option, I can enjoy subs again, plus the Udi's Snickerdoodle cookie to finish. Cold or Hot, Fresh and flavorful, highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Lousy staff. Cash register asked for a tip before you can even pay. A tip for what? Taking my order like subway? Staff does nothing and gets over minimum wage. The idea that you would even ask me for a tip is disgusting. Overpriced trash. Will never come back..... tip for trash fast food. Franchises owners must have lost their damn minds.

Extremely peppery chicken salad, and I’m the type of person who loads everything I make with black pepper. There was so much pepper it looked like the lid fell off when they were seasoning it. My friend got the chicken bacon ranch sub and he said the chicken had an extremely salty and strong overwhelming taste, like he just filled his mouth with chicken bouillon cubes and kosher salt. I like my food heavily and I mean HEAVILY seasoned, but was like someone poured an entire container of pepper into my food…

I’ve had several of their of subs, they were all great! My favorite is the Italian with the “works”. The staff is always so helpful, friendly and respectful of my time. I love Jersey Mikes and I highly recommend this location.

Showed up a hour before closing on 12/20/24 to be told that hardly any bread choices were available. A few people walked in to buy subs while I was there and walked back out when being told the same thing. Worst Jersey Mikes I've ever visited.

Last night I ordered 2 subs. 1 was correct and the other one was completely wrong. I drove back to the store. The staff were quick to offer to remake the sub. I said it is suppose to be a cheese steak with a few toppings. I saw the worker put meat on the grill and it didn't look like steak. I said again, it's suppose to be a cheese steak. I basically was yelling it at this point because the music was so loud. The worker looked at me, smiled and said yes. Once the meat was done cooking, I was sure it wasn't steak but chicken. She asked what toppings again (after I told them this at least 2 times). When she brought the sub to me, I asked this is steak? She replied I thought you said chicken. Again, I had to wait for the sub to be made. The 3rd sub was made correctly. The musics volume was obnoxiously loud. I have not been to other Jersey Mike's to know if very loud music is the companies normal. After this experience, I am not sure if I will return.
