I love AKI though I can only afford it if I'm a guest! Food is out of this world and the rable chefs give a great show while cooking my steak and shrimp to perfection.
I am not the biggest fan of Japanese food yet the choices here leave me with steak and shrimp, my favorites, while enjoying the other sides I like.
Eating at a chefs cook top limits conversation to people next to you, but that is the only downside.
Well worth the expense for a semi-upscale event.

I have ate here several times and had never had a bad experience either with the food or the service!
Service was unbelievable! Ask for Rae, she provided literally flawless service. Anticipated every single need, it was on the table before we realized we needed something. Above and beyond expectations.
One suggestion I will add, it is far too hot in the restaurant almost bearable. I haven't went nearly as much in the summer because I didn't want to sweat as I eat. Turn up the A/C.
