For being a super busy Saturday they were getting everyone in and seat very timely I believe I was told 40min wait but it was maybe 25. My wife's and I's glasses were never empty and the price you can't beat it !
Aki is always amazing! We never do the hibachi grill. We just sit down at a table. Food is always amazing. Service is great. Was a little slammed last time, and I think we waited close to an hour to get seated. Other than long wait times, aki is the best hibachi place around.

The food was delicious! However, this was the worst experience we've ever had visiting this restaurant. We were celebrating my husband's bday last Fri night. We made a reservation, but still had to wait almost 30 mins to be seated after checking in. Our server did not keep our drinks refilled, no chopsticks were offered, the chef did a trick w/an egg, but nothing else. He barely spoke to anyone at the table, he did not do the onion volcano or toss shrimp or anything that made our visits fun in the past. Like I said...the food was delicious, but it will be a while before we go back. Hope the restaurant reads this review and gets things back to the way they used to be.

My Husband and I had went to dinner on February 3rd and our waiter literally ran out after us and shoved the receipt and pen in my hands and demanded a tip. 99.5 percent of the time we leave a tip. This time the service was poor. I had called in to let them know I didn’t really appreciate the gesture and that I think it should be handled a different way instead of a forceful manner. And the only response I got was “well they work hard and that’s how they make a living”Why don’t you pay your waitstaff a live-able wage?

The food, and the yum yum sauce was really good. The guy cooking it on the grill was okay. He didn't seem that excited to be doing it or maybe he was just having a bad day lol.I've ate here twice, the first time was great, second time was just okay.I'll probably eat there again in the future.
Fantastic fresh food. Absolutely impeccable service. Loved it. I'm very picky when it comes to Asian food. Recommend the tie spicy role. Especially if you like cilantro. The rice, be it shrimp fried or white, is perfectly cooked and seasoned.
